We got the cheese sticks which are my favorite thing to get from papa johns and the picture below is what we received! This is not the first time they have messed up what I would say is an easy dish.

Manager is rude I called and informed her that my chicken Alfredo didn't come with any pasta and she started yelling through the phone that they never sold pasta before instead of informing me the chicken Alfredo bowl does not come with the pasta .. could've been nice and simple but she wanted to be rude about it ..

My company orders from here daily so when COVID-19 hit of course everyone was requiring to wear mask. Well its raining today of all days and the lady is calling repeatedly until I came outside to her car to get my food. Stated that the receptionist was rude to her and her drivers, they had to wear a mask which we provide and that they cursed at the previous drivers. First off the receptionist doesn't curse! Second she hadn't even stepped in the building so all that was unnecessary. She further goes on to say they don't like delivering to my place of employment. Let me put this memo out to STOP ordering from Papa Johns!!! I wonder what your corporate would think? Customer service has definitely gone down! I asked you buffalo wings got plain wings and a splash of buffalo sauce..Smh..Very disappointed

One of the employees from the back started to heckle me saying I was a little bit..h for complaining. That crosses the line. They even made remarks about my clothing... Of course they denied it all! The manager defended their actions.I have to give one star to make a review. They don't deserve to be trusted to serve food to the public. Solution...go see for yourself! Order a shaq pizza then add a topping and see how many pepperonis they take off, ask them to put them back. They told me no. Not "It will cost more". Just refused to do it. I've been going to this Papa Johns for over a decade, some of the employees even know me by my face. I've never once had issues with the service or the quality of the food, and by that merit alone I can't justify giving it one star.However recently they've started slashing their Specials and coupons, the most notable one being the removal of their $9 Carry Out Special.This hits especially hard because this made their pizzas very affordable if you were willing to drive out to the location and pick it up yourself. However now even with the few Specials they do have, you're not going to be able to get two pizzas for carryout for any less than $30, which I think is pretty absurd when you can get the same thing from the nearby Dominos for 2/3rds the price with no coupons or discounts.On whim I looked at the next nearest location in Durham, and much to my surprise they listed the Carry Out Special alongside several other specials that the Hillsborough location no longer has. Not only that, but the Specials they did share were $1 cheaper than those at the Hillsborough location. I then checked other nearby locations, and it was the same exact thing. They all listed the Specials that the Hillsborough location had slashed, including the Carry Out Specials, and also listed the Specials they shared for a lower price.I asked a kind gentleman at the store why they dropped the Carry Out Special while other locations still have it, and he said that it was a corporate decision, which I'm inclined to believe.Nonetheless, my customer relationship with Papa Johns has always been centered around their discounts, particularly their Carry Out Special. While this may not be as big a deal for most, its removal will greatly dissuade me from ordering from this location in the future, as I can just walk across the parking lot and purchase a Wal-Mart deli pizza for almost half the cost.TL;DR: If you order from this Papa Johns, just know you're ordering from a location that has objectively worse deals than all of its neighbor locations, especially if you plan to order carry out.

Place my order they did not could not break a hundred or said they did not accept it went to get changed and told him I would pay for it when I came back and the employee did not even make my order very poor service for a restaurant would not recommend anyone even feeding this stuff to their dog the employees are not very smart

Told me about coupons, wouldn't give them to me.Called about ordering 6 pizzas after a game from the park. I was told about 2 great coupons. Then they refused to let me use the coupons. My $50-60 was not worth their time. The young man on the phone told me they were the manager. When I asked to talk to someone else, she also said they were the manager. She acknowledged the coupon was real, but they would not give it to me. There are a lot of pizza places in town. Go to Dominos, Anna Marias, Pizza hut, the village diner, radius pizza, vinnies, J&F kitchen, or that italian restaurant on 9th street. They want your money and will give good service .

When I called up to purchase 6 pizzas I asked what coupons they had. The man answering the phone rattled off coupons he had, then quoted me 3x as much. He said he could not give me those coupons, they were just offers. When I asked to speak with another person, he claimed to be the manager and asked another staff member to tell me no. While my $48 worth of pizza didn't matter to them, I hope they care more for yours. We have pizza hut and dominos in this town, so I won't be returning.
