CHASE PUNCHES KIDSin my typical experience with this subway, it is great. its clean, has nice staff, and great food as always with subway. however, recently there was a kid that went in there and messed up. he was being stupid, joking around with an employee he knew and was banned from the location by a manager. He didn't resist, just simply accepted it and walked out. a few hours later, the same kid was back in the food lion area, and walked past the subway. the other employee who was there when all of this went down came outside and started taking pictures of the kid. he was holding his hands over his face because he didn't want any pictures of him taken, but then the ADULT employee ripped the CHILD's hands off of his face, and shoved his phone camera in the kids face and took a picture. the ADULT employee then winded up and PUNCHED the CHILD in the HEAD. he then ran back into the subway. this is not the stores fault, but should be addresse.

Food not fresh been there few times now today the pickles had a haze on top of themnot fresh had to for fresh lettuce the two girls said they were fresh it's sad because I like to go to lunch there sometimes but I have to go down the street to the other one and it's not Subway it's Jersey Mike's. Very sad when you can't eat at Subway and the commercial says they're always fresh and the meats cut fresh..

This is THE FIRST time I felt disappointed in this establishment. I usually come here and I am greeted with hospitality but today I was greeted like I was non existent to the workers. I believe it was the manager (a lady with glasses and she had on a white hair net ) whom I had to say hello TWICE in order to get acknowledgment. Then when she finally answered she seemed annoyed that I even spoke to her I felt very uncomfortable. I asked I was here to pick up an online order and another sandwich artist ( whom I didn’t know was making my order) interjected and finally acknowledged me as well and stated she was making my order. The lady with the hairnet proceeded to walk in the back and never came back out. She needs to be educated on customer etiquette.

Online it says they are open but I visited at 10:30 and the store was closed and it happened several times and they are supposed to be open 8am Monday- Friday. One guy with glasses is nice but there is a girl who is absolutely so rude. Subway is supposed to be clean but idk how they manage this place. Plus with coupons get 50% footling it's on the app and online but the store doesn't let you use it.

Really good employees, but the first shift didn't bake any bread for second shift and by the time they would baked anymore bread they would have already closed. Someone needs to have a word with first shift about doing their job correctly. I've been in the same Subway during first shift and their were a few employees who acted like they didn't care if they did what you asked for. Like I'm just hear to make my hour's and leave. Not very happy the way they did second shift..

The food was a** and the service was awful, I saw a Roach in the back of the store, never any ice in the drink machine, I am very disappointed with the way they run the business and the way the customer service is not obviously not applied during training for there staff, I would rather eat my dogs food then eat at this "restaurant" I guess u could call it.

Last month, I paid 15 dollars for a "Subway Footlong Pass" guaranteeing me "50% off one footlong per day for the month of April". After fighting the website to add the PAID discount, switching my sandwich to one that they decided qualifies for the deal, and finally not being allowed to press the "Place Order" at the very end, I went to subway.This one apparently just operates with no managers present, so nobody can help you.I've been scammed by the Subway corporation, and I want my money back.

First off, let me say I love this subway. But, this is the first time IN YEARS that I’ve been here and it was NASTY, presentation wise. There were nats flying behind the window where the ingredients were. A lot of ingredients were mixed in the wrong containers. It was just unacceptable and disappointing because I love this location.
