Staff was very friendly. Dining room was nice and clean. Restroom needed attention. Food was hot and fresh.

Ordered tacos and mashed potatoes with no gravy, got cold tacos hardly filled and potatoes with gravy after repeating 3 times no gravy. Then I didn't get my card back and it was used an additional time after I had left it. Managers were not helpful in refunding my money and staff that was at the window avoided me when I came back to pick it up and told them that it was used an additional time.

The service was excellent. All of the workers were so helpful and kind. Everyone deserves a raise there! New cantina items are great

Absurdly long wait, bad service. Probably the worst Taco Bell I've been to in years.

In my case,Taco Bell may be acceptable in an emergency, although it may create issues. Either way, they are conveniently at most exits. I don't eat tube squozen fast food when not in space. In the triangle area, there are so many local places to get real fresh food for lunch.Travelers on a budget will find easy Taco Bell access of Hillsborough, Durham, Chapel Hill, & Raleigh. You saved money. Now, eat at a buffet will a dinner type cafeteria. Find out if your plate is charged by weight, as whole foods does. It's quality food, so be aware of the weight when selecting heavy portions. It adds up.I went for a housemate. Also, we were stuck out west, with real sw food, but we could barely make it to the Bell. It was a life saver.

Slowest Taco Bell ever

Took over 10 minutes after ordering to get a single combo while half the staff sat around do absolutely nothing. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Worst fast food in town honestly. Doesn't matter if it's KFC or the Tacobell they always mess up something. Tonight we decided to get taco bell last minute. We ordered a burrito supreme, 2 soft taco supremes, and a crunch wrap supreme and none of them had tomatoes. When will this place ever hire decent employees that can actually get the orders correct?

Every car has to wait for 5 minutes in the drive-through before they take its order.

A fine Taco Bell. Pleasant, fast, and efficient drive through service (a little confusion on hot vs fire sauce, but we worked it out). As a bonus, the drive through line at this location is not a trap!Unlike literally every Taco Bell in Raleigh, this place met (exceeded) my admittedly low expectations. If I lived in Hillsborough, I'd probably eat more Taco Bell. Sadly I live in Raleigh... an apparent Taco Bell post apocalyptic wasteland.
