I had a horrible experience at Tokyo Express, the food was bland and dry as well as the water being pink. The worker taking my order had an attitude the whole time, I over heard a conversation and believe her name was Samantha. I felt as if I was being watched while eating my food the whole time. I will not be eating here again nor do I recommend it to others.

very very good service all the young ladies in the front and the cooks in the back very very hard workers. they do very good and try their very best. i LOVE this place to go and eat. bring out food so fast and very good sauce. prices are fair for what you get. definitely recommend going and i’m definitely coming back!!!

Yummy hibachi!I get take out from here several times a year when I'm in town. I usually get the shrimp hibachi but I got the chicken hibachi today and was surprised by how tender and juicy it was. I guess I expected it to be a little dry or rubbery, based on previous experiences at other hibachi places. Same goes for the shrimp--easy to overcook but it's always been perfect every time in recent memory that I've gotten at this particular establishment.The service is friendly and very quick. The price has gone up over the years, as it has at every restaurant, but the portion sizes here are huge! I get 2-3 meals out of every meal I buy here. Can't beat that value. I'm interested to try their newly added sushi menu sometime when I'm in the mood for sushi.

I eat here all the time, but new prices have not been updated... very misleading!When I placed an order the kid that answered the phone was very rude abt my concern, after quoting a price that almost $3 more than displayed on the site. She never apologized for the inconvenience... just asked "do you want the hibatchi chicken or not?".I ended up cancelling the order... due to such rudeness and inconsiderate conduct!You should really consider training the younger generation you hire, to use better customer service skills! So annoying!

Got a lot of food that I ate for three different meals. I definitely will be back because it was pretty tasty. It was not insanely amazing but it was good. The service was really nice and the restaurant was clean from what I could see. Next time I'll be trying some sushi !

Ordered double chicken entree, didn’t seem like it was double portion of what I normally get, also seemed to get less rice then normal . The noodles were only a small amount in the box.(not worth $5) also really upset at the fact that they give u a large cup of white sauce with an order but if u don’t want the white sauce u only get a small cup of teriyaki sauce in its place and then they charge you a dollar per 2 oz additional cup. I spent $25 and it definitely was NOT WORTH IT FOR THE PORTION I GOT TONIGHT!

Just got home with takeout of two Hibachi Chicken orders from Tokyo Express. One was fine but the other had absolutely no chicken in it! Called the restaurant and they wouldn't do anything unless I drove 20 minutes back over there to show them. They said I needed to prove I wasn't lying!!! We were fairly regular customers but NO MORE!

This is mostly a takeout place but they do have some seating. It was neat and clean. The lady that took my order spoke English very well. She was helpful got our order right the first time. I had the shrimp habichi that was very good and plenty of food. I also had a sushi roll that was also really.
Service is friendly enough, food tastes awful tho and I couldn’t force myself to eat it. Ordered two rolls of sushi, and something was off with the salmon in one and the shrimp in another. It was not good. Threw them away. Waste of $18

We were in the area to visit family at the hospital...My husband went in a ordered plates and he's allergic to shrimp so he definitely didn't order his plate to have shrimp, only reason I'm writing this review (because mistakes happen and it's no big deal that the order was made incorrectly) is when my husband came right back after realizing his plate had shrimp the women working behind the counter said its "Not my problem or fault" and my husband had to insist the plate be remade without shrimp (after the women wanted to go back and forth with my husband, mind you my husband was not upset or having an attitude, not sure why the lady working there would have an attitude either). Unfortunately we will not be going back here again.
