Gross. The skin was mushy. The chicken was ok, but had to completely remove all skin. Better off getting a rotisserie chicken at Walmart.

I’ve been ordering pickup/doordash from here atleast once a week. I can’t speak for the atmosphere BUT the food has been correct every time! Not only that, but it’s delicious! Best wings I’ve found in the holly springs/fuquay area, for sure!

Most inconsistent place I've ever ate at in my life.I've ordered from this place many dozens of times and I normally order Cajun style boneless.Sometimes the wings are really good, sometimes they suck, really bad. Same goes with the fries, they're either cold, soggy, and sad, or warm, crispy, and incredible. If you wanna roll the dice and you want cheap wings, order from here. Otherwise, avoid this place.

We decided to try it’s just wings tonight, and it wasn’t the best. We ordered through doordash and had no issues. We opened our order and were already missing two wings and the bag was tied completely closed. Our wings were bloody on the inside and brown. Not really seasoned. Was ok but we won’t be ordering again.

I just ordered 16 bone in wings through door dashed started eating and noticed something wasn't right. The texture of the chicken was gooey. I started to inspect my chicken and I'm absolutely disgusted. This chicken is completely unsafe and dangerous to eat.

Don’t do it! It’s just Chili’s Restaurant marketing themselves as a wing place. Food was bad - no seasoning on the wings….fries super floppy. Steamed to go tray made entire order totally gross. Manager said I must wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Seriously? Skip this place and satisfy your wing fix elsewhere.

Not good at all. I normally don't give bad reviews, but I had to on this occasion because the wings aren't even edible. This hurts me to post this but, I work hard for my money and it was just thrown away on this food.

Let me be cleared it was not Door dash because I pick up my food, less than a mile. The food was cold when I picked it up. You maybe want to look at another vendor, maybe Walmart for your wings. People would like to able to chew, not eat rubber. So please do not blame Door dash. It was YOU!
I placed a pick-up order on DoorDash for 32 bone-in wings from "It's Just Wings", thinking this was a brand-new, local wing restaurant. However, It's Just Wings is actually a ghost kitchen that is apparently operating out of Chili's Grill & Bar. You are supposed to park in a to-go spot and get your order brought out to you. My husband went inside and got the wings because he was unsure if the to-go spots were for Chili's only or for "It's Just Wings". Luckily, the wings were all packaged up and on the shelf, ready-to-go for pick-up. I was really excited to try out this place, but was sadly disappointed in the quality. I ordered 4 different flavors (8 wings each). There were free fries that came with each box of wings. However, the fries were all lukewarm and incredibly damp with grease. The Honey Sriracha wings were overcooked (very crunchy and dry), not warm in temperature, and barely sauced. The Cajun Dry Rub wings were warm, but the seasoning was very mild (not very cajun-ey at all). The Garlic Parmesan wings had a Caesar salad dressing sauce on them and they were too wet. The Ranch Dry Rub wings were tender, properly seasoned, and warm. The wings were all very inconsistent with how they were prepped and packaged. We were so disappointed with our order that we will not be ordering again.

Last year this place was amazing! We would order it through DoorDash all the time. But recently, about the last three orders, have just been awful. It's always cold when it gets here (used to be hot), the fries are stale, and they got rid of the truffle sauce for no reason and it was my favorite. Hopefully they will get back to being great again, but I'm not sure we'll order again any time soon.

I ordered my food while sitting in the parking lot. Took 20 minutes which would have been completely if my fries didnt taste like they had been sitting out all day. Wings were good but it would have been nice to enjoy my fries as well
