We ordered pizza from this place off the app. It's was 45 minutes into waiting for the food to get to our house. Come to find out that the food gets delivered by doordash. I didn't have a problem with that part. After a hour and 20 minutes the pizza arrived at our house. The pizza was cold. I asked the driver what happened and he said that he waiting there for a half hour in line to get our food. I would not recommend this place. Plus when I called about my order the person that I talked to was kinda rude. I can't even give them a 1 star.

My family and I love this location, the employees are sharp and always so generous, I ordered 2 large pizzas and their new pizza melt... perfectly cooked (we love the pan style crust), and never cutting it short on the toppings. Pizza hut is always a classic, we will be returning again very soon!

This is an absolute nightmare location and would be best shut down. I have enjoyed Pizza Hut for a long time until this location became my primary. So far I have had multiple hours long wait times that were different and changed after placing an order, had half my items removed from an online order without noticing (price didn't change much due to that additional delivery fees). And unfortunately, the business is unresponsive. I am on a 20 min-plus hold and still waiting for the business to answer after a redirect to the business to correct yet another order. I have given this particular location a retry every 6 or so months hoping that things get better, but with no luck. At this point the best outcome is the location shutting down and competent business relocates there.

I tried to place an order online. Their system didn't work. so, I called the store and placed an order. Had to wait 30 minutes. when came to get it the order was not there. So I ordered again in the store. asked the person to place the order under my account to get rewards. Got pizza. it was barely covered with toppings... and no rewards.... Will never go back there. This place is dying b/c of the poor service and no employees who care.

What a miserable experience. Ordered for Carryout, got home and some of the order was missing. Tried to call the store several times, was on hold for 5+ minutes each time, then the store hung up before ever answering. Twice. Then, my wife called and got the same result. Twice. The final time, we actually got through and it was an unrelated call center and a person who could only "connect us to the local store." You can guess where that went. Nowhere. They offered to send the store a message to call us back, but of course, the store never did. As for the quality of the half of the order we did get, it wasn't great. The pizza was over cooked and burned. The wings barely had any sauce. And we ordered 3 extra marinara sauce that were all broken and exploded inside the takeout bag, making a bigger mess for us to clean up just to get to our food. And all of this was from a carryout order. Thank God we didn't order for delivery. Obviously, this store is barely hanging on with name recognition alone. I was not surprised to log in here and see they had such a low rating. Wish I had checked before ordering and gone somewhere else. I hope this review saves you the trouble.

4-14-22. Pizza Hut. Main Street, Holly Springs, NC Ordered at 2:02 pm. I live 7 minutes away. Received order at 3:02 pm. Delivery took exactly one hour for a double order of cheese sticks and a drink. Food was obviously cold. Two dipping sauces were supposed to come with the meal. I received zero. Bread sticks were not cut all the way the through, so here I am just pulling off chunks of cold dry cheese bread. Waste of time and money.

I decided to give this location another try after years of disappointment. Apparently they no longer deliver pizza. If I'm going to drive to pick up pizza, I'll drive right past Pizza Hut and get better pizza. Their last positive aspect was cheap delivery. Oh well. I feel like this location will be closed within a year. I hope a good local pizza place buys the location.

So funny story, the hubby calls and said that what I took out for dinner is still frozen. I was in the mood for pizza and wings. I placed an order and went off to pick it up. I arrived at Pizza Hut and it was dark and appeared closed. I started to freak out, yes I know that was pointless, Blame it on my recent move. Anyway, I drove around a few times and then decided to call. The store associate answered and apologized because he was the only person working. He told me to drive around to the window where he took my payment and gave me food. I was super thankful for him being there. I can't imagine working a fast food joint alone. Seriously, that would be my nightmare. My food was hot and fresh and the order was perfect.

Ordered pizza today via phone. Sat at drive through 7-8 minutes before knocking on drive-through window. Manager said she had been on phone with no apology for not ackowledging a waiting customer at the drive through. Pizza was good, like I typically get at a Pizza Hut.

Zero stars. Ordered online at 430 for a 630 delivery. When the order didn't arrive by 7, called for 30 mins with no answer. Tried to cancel my order online and on the phone, couldn't get a response or an answer. I selected contactless delivery, still the doorbell rings multiple times at 830 with the order. The food was finally delivered with no communication from the store and was cold and gross. Clearly had been sitting somewhere for hours. Was not edible. 2 days later still can't get anyone to answer the phone and my money has not been refunded. Pizza Hut corporate just sends you back to the store where they don't pickup. Do not order from the location online, they take your money with no ability to fill orders.

Don't want to give any stars ordered a pizza & confirmed the Holly Srings location was told order would be ready in 20 minutes, my son drove there to find the store closed. This is totally unexceptable service & business. If they planned on closing they should've told us. they took our ordered & charged our credit card. Very disappointed & will tell everyone I know never to order from this location As well as write review on Google, trip advisor etc. Please make this right & refund our credit card. I will wait for a response.
