This Wendy's has gone down hill. It used to be great with hot food and nice staff but now it's mostly ran by people own can't understand you, the food is cold and can get you order right
We were ordering at the drive thru, they didn't seem to understand the order and when finally they got it , we were told that we could only order what we wanted thru online ordering...

I visited this Wendy's today and was not at all impressed. I can go to Zaxby's and get twice the size of salad for the same price. The frosty which I paid $3 and change for was a very small frosty. And the cashier said she put a spoon in the bag and there was no spoon, no napkins and no receipt. Very poor service, and less then average servings. Will not return.
