I have been coming here for years but always through the drive through. Today I got the Big Jax Snack and an Egg Roll. The food was excellent. Today the service was a little slow as several high school students were there. I always have fast accurate service through the drive through from professional friendly staff. I enjoy the new egg rolls as a tasty treat. I hope you will try this restaurant.

Zaxby's is always a go-to for me. I go there more than any other chicken restaurant. I tend to go to Apex more as it is closer to my house, but this location is just as good. Two things are a big draw for me to Zaxby's besides the great chicken fingers. Coke freestyle machines and the Spicy Zaxby's sauce.

ANOTHER ZAXBYS GOING DOWNHILL FAST. WHATS NEW?! MANAGEMENT ABSENT AND/OR ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. This location never gives any sauces or the ranch you request. How are you gonna give me a salad with no dressing and no utensils in the bag? I get home and call to complain and no one answers. Because of course they wouldn't. Fuquay location starting to fail as well. I should have went to Chik-Fil-A. Zaxbys and their frozen bags of old, leathery, chewy, raunchy tasting DECADES OLD chicken. When you're known as a chicken restaurant but Burger King has better chicken than you, you know your franchise is failing.
I recently had my first experience at Zaxby's. My father and I kind of search around for who has the best deep fried chicken tenders. I never knew that Zaxby's had such a thing, but I think they're probably at the top of the lineup. You could order online through an app and the food will be ready for you on the to go shelving when you walk in. Everything was smooth, everything was clean, my order was correct and the chicken tenders were awesome. I also got fries, the fries were crispy and fairly thick which is my preference. I'm not much of a sauce guy when it comes to chicken, but they're sauce was pretty decent.

Ordered drive through tonight. Ordered (2) loaded fries and only gave me one. They didn't charge me (thankfully) but it left one person without food. 30 minute ride home. Please learn how to listen, and count.

My kids and I enjoy this location of Zaxby's in Holly Springs. The customer service has always been great. Caleb always gives wonderful customer service when we have been served by him. The new grilled chicken Philly sandwich is really good. I like that this location offers .99 cent kids meals with purchase of an adult meal up to two kids meals on Tuesday nights. This is nice because my kids enjoy their kids meals and it's wonderful when we are a busy family with extracurricular activities and some nights need to grab a meal on the go. The inside is always clean when we have been including their bathrooms. If you haven't tried their new grilled chicken Philly sandwich you should. It's much better than the fried option it.

This is the last straw. We have been buying a salad here almost daily for the past week. They have gotten our order wrong literally every time and then today we find some added unwanted protein in the salad. We will have to drive out of our way to get Zaxbys from now on but it’s worth it.
