Always great, very quick service, orders are always right. I come here at least 2x a week and have never had bad service or a messed up order!! I go out of my way to go to this McDonalds instead of ones closer.EDIT:This McDonald’s used to be great. Lately they never have ice cream, never milkshakes or smoothies and the mocha machine is apparently always down. I have stopped going here because the workers have suddenly become very rude and, won’t make confirm your order when taking payment or giving you your receipt with your order. It has completely 180 from my favorite establishment to the WORST.

Whenever I go during the night time, one of the managers, DENNIS is terrible and rude, my order is usually wrong or sloppily put away if he's at the window. Nasty attitude, nasty food, nasty to his employees as well

Like many of you I will not be recommending the Jack Britt McDonald's anytime soon.The culprit behind this review is the sassy unprofessional Black American manager who seemed set the tone of negativity to his staff. In my opinion, he is unfit to lead anything that requires customer service due to his inability to resolve issues and deescalate instances where calmness is required!Not only did he mess my order up but this ignorant manager had the nerves to belittle me to his staff! fire Him!!

The Vibe Station
This is a very clean establishment but I was highly dissatisfied with the quality of food and service by management (Dennis).I was given 2 stale & cold apple pies along with attitude. Asked for new ones and was offered a 12 minute wait! After saying ‘no thankyou’ to the wait, I watched him walk over and talk about me to his employee.I’ll definitely avoid this location going forward. Last thing I need on my lunch break is a problem.
