Sad, sad, sad...This location is the TEMU version of starbucks, several times ordering last 2 weeks and the orders were very inconsistent and quality on each were different, today I just had enough, paid 17 dollars for 1 miserable Bacon gouda sandwich and 2 cups of milks because that's exactly what they were, no coffee just milk with ice!.When you're worried about being woke more than being a quality business!!The 2 drinks ended up in the trash barely touched, I am staring to believe they re purposely scamming people by just handing out drinks over filled with just milk.Way to ruin a morning guys!!!!

I’m a regular customer at this location and always get greeted very nice. I want to share how Mrs. Lizbeth made my day better which started off very rough. It does make a difference when someone treats you kind which she did that day and I’m very thankful for her act and kind words. I always go back to that location thanks for having such great customer service!Kid-friendliness: Definitely friendly and quick no long wait. The staff seems to enjoy work seen them singing and laughing good atmosphere.

I’m only giving one star because 0 stars was not an option, my daughters both placed mobile orders at 6:15pm so they could surprise their grandma and their aunt who just had surgery. We went to the drive through within the time it said our drinks would be ready. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes because of the car in front of us. After that time we watched all 4 of the Starbucks employees walk out and lock the doors without so much as an acknowledgment to those of us in the drive through line. They jumped into their cars and sped off. Mind you they did not cancel my daughter’s orders when they received them. They just refused to make them and still charged them for the drinks. I was able to call corporate to get a refund for one, but not the other because her order was over $10. They have to look into because it’s over $10, and even corporate was confused as to why the location had closed because it was supposed to stay open until 9:30pm and it was not authorized to be closed early.

White girl with the sleeve is gross. She has an attitude and talks loudly about customers. The whole store it off. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Took my order like I was an in convenience and called out my drink by saying "here you go." And rolling her eyes. Just a really terrible vibe.

The worst drive-thru customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl at the window completely ignored me TWICE at the window. I mean I am looking right at her and I can see my drink on the counter. If she acknowledged me, I would have let her know that was my drink and been on my merry way. Instead when she finally acknowledges my presence and tries to hand me someone else's order. I let her know that is not mine. Then she asked if I paid. I said yes and she turns to the Manager to ask the same question. I said you asked me and I said I did. She rolled her eyes and I said that is my drink looking at the counter. She turns picks up my drink and someone else order ready to hand them to me. I told her that is not my order (looking at whatever was in the bag) As a manager myself, I can not stand when employees ignore customers or give bad service. The manager was kind and did what she was suppose to do but I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.
