Went this store and went through the drive through. Had to drive home to Saint Pauls and whe I got there I found out I was missing a burger I had ordered (Double Pretzel Baconator). When I tried to call and complain someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called back and no one answered the phone. Customer service socks! And that's all I got to say about that. Yall stole $8.40. Shame on you!

It really isn’t the employees, I witness the so called manager talking to the employees crazy while walking on the front line with her AirPods in her ear. I don’t like angry people making my food. After that I just left. Hope mills fast food options are on the decline

I ordered a Dave’s single and a baked potato with cheese and sour cream through the drive-through. The food And the presentation was awesome.Dave single burger was put together very well, and the baked potato was big, lots of cheese, and tasted great! Also, all of the condiments and napkins were included in the bag. Bang up job, Wendy’s!

This place should be shut down and turned into a highway 55 or some other kind of burger joint fire these people please. They don’t have the motivation to run the store appropriately. They will always get one or two stars at the most.. I have been at the store for about 30 minutes now and I got to videotape some of the people in the store not doing anything. Uber eats and DoorDash never use the store, whoever thought letting the current should be drugged in the street and stared at for a long time and scared out of their wits because it makes no sense that this store can’t run appropriately. The food is always cold. They always have ketchup when you say no ketchup they always have onions when you say no onions, it don’t make sense. Please send these people back to school so they can get a GED including the owner again please shut the store down. They’re no good.

I understand that workers have it rough and have a lot to deal with when it comes to fast food, but to be completely disrespectful especially to the door dasher and as well as refusing to make the food again after they handed it to the wrong person and the dasher respectfully asked to remake it. the dasher didnt deserve to be treated in such a way as well as me and my girlfriend not even being refunded for our order is ridiculous. Ive been in fast food and thats no way to treat people. Either get people wanting to do the job right or dont hire anyone at all and go out of business.

Wendy's in Hope Mills needs to work on their product. The food i got from this store was cold and soggy the french fries wete nasty and I do mean nasty, my dog even refused to eat that food.

Today I took my daughter to the drive through. As she was making her decision to relay to me the attendant got mildly aggressive and loud. To be fair, I think the volume on the speaker is to high. I told hold while my child makes a decision.When we got to the window we were met by a very aggressive employee. She was NOT the original one in the speaker. She was belittling and abusive. She was the rudest lady I have ever seen I drive through.I hope she has a better day.(Hey Wendy's, order number 3040 today.)

My family ordered on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. We received our food and were told to pull up to wait on another item. 15 minutes went by. I went inside to see what was going on. They said they were still waiting on the chili. I asked the employee to have some sort of compensation. He asked his manager and she said there's nothing she can do(who I never seen, her staying in the back). Our other food is definitely cold by this point. The employee then puts the chili in the microwave. When it's done he gives it to me. Completely done and never goin back to this location, I walk out. Absolutely horrible customer service and if u want to call it, management...

This was the worst wendys I had ever been too. A simple request to modify my order was met with hostility and attitude from the drive thru worker. I asked to speak the manager and she was worst. I can not say for a fact but she seemed under the influence of something. After being disregarded and then yelled at she refused to give me the regional manager number or complaint number while also refusing to give her name.

Sunday, February 18th, 2024 ~11:10 am. Fam and I went in and placed a dine-in order. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich, no tomatoes. She was asked if she wanted that to be a single, double or triple. It was a chicken sandwich, not a hamburger. They don't offer chicken sandwiches in singles, doubles or triples. Recall I said she indicated NO TOMATO? It had tomato on it. Mine was a #9 meal (ghost pepper chicken) with LARGE fries. Fries were medium NOT large. I even made eye contact with the person at the register to make sure they understood LARGE. Didn't work. Over ¾ of the drink selections at the multi-function machine were OUT of service. (maybe instead of stepping outside to smoke a cigarette every 5-8 minutes, you could do your job? Speaking of cigarette smoking. If you MUST go smoke, do it more than 2 feet from the main entrance to the restaurant. I don't care to smell the by-product of you killing yourself. Got to the table...dirty. Chose another table. My #9, ghost pepper chicken sandwich was a complete and utter MESS when it was unwrapped. Ghost pepper sauce was ALL over the inside of the wrapper, hence all over the OUTSIDE of the bun. You literally needed a bib to keep from getting it all over your clothes. C'mon people, take the time to do your job right. If you don't you might as well find something less impactful for your employ. It's been a while since I'd been to this location. Looks like it's going to be quite some time before I go back. Sad

Here's a detailed account of our experience:Hamburgers for My Wife: The two hamburgers intended for my wife were unsatisfactory. They arrived cold, indicating they were not freshly made. The patties had lost their juiciness, becoming dry and tough, and the buns were soggy, suggesting they had been sitting out for too long. This severely impacted the overall taste and enjoyment of the meal.Fries for My Wife: Accompanying her hamburgers, the medium fries were a disappointment as well. They were excessively greasy, indicating they had absorbed too much oil during frying. The color was an unappetizing dark brown, and their texture was far from the expected crispiness, leaning towards overly soft and limp.Dave's Double for Myself: My own experience mirrored my wife's in terms of dissatisfaction. The Dave's Double I ordered was equally disappointing. The burger was soggy, which detracted from the experience of enjoying what should have been a juicy, flavorful double patty burger. Furthermore, it was missing key ingredients - onions, pickles, and tomatoes - stripping away the fresh, crunchy contrast these elements are supposed to provide.My Fries: The medium fries I ordered for myself were no exception to the subpar quality. They were greasy, suggesting an improper frying technique, and burnt, which left a bitter aftertaste. The lack of proper golden crispiness and the overpowering taste of overcooked potatoes made them inedible.In summary, the meal we received from Wendy's fell significantly short of expectations. The issues with temperature, freshness, and preparation of both the burgers and fries led to an overall disappointing dining experience. It is disheartening to encounter such a decline in quality, and I hope this feedback prompts an immediate review and improvement in food standards at this location.
