I haven't been here in about a month or so, but when I went it was pretty good. The burgers were cooked nicely, and the service was great. The inside looks really cool

Went out to lunch this Monday with my niece and mother and had attempted to go to Kung Foo Noodles not knowing they were closed. My niece then chose Bad Daddys which was thankfully open! Were seated quickly and had drinks come promptly. Our server(Karrie maybe) was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. Even offered to go cups for drinks on the hot day when we went to leave. The food was good, came quick and was put together well. Wish we would have tried some sides, as the fried pickles looked good, but it wasn’t cheat day, and if it had been, I would have smashed a shake too. Mom and niece both orders salads, one made to order the other off the menu Greek and both said they liked it - and was large enough that I liked it too - as they couldn’t eat it all!If in Birkdale and looking for a good salad, burger/sandwich, or beer apparently as they have a small bar, I would check out Bad Daddy’s.

We ate here while visiting from out-of -own and the food was decent, but there was an unresolved discrepancy. We ordered 4 burgers among other things. Due to food allergies we had to make some changes to one of the burgers. On our bill, the waitress charged us for an additional burger instead of just the changes to the initial order. I didn't notice the charge until we paid and when I brought it to her attention she immediately acknowledged the error and took the receipt to fix it. After a few minutes she called the manager to the cash register. Both of them were there for several minutes seemingly unfamiliar with how to accomplish reimbursing the additional charge. Eventually the manager handed me another receipt, which looked like a reprint of the original receipt minus the additional charge, but not a reimbursement. When I asked about the reprint she assured me that the extra charge was reimbursed, but that it would take several days to see it reflected in my account. It's now been a few weeks and the reimbursement never posted to the account. Since we are out of town we just charged it as a loss, but share this story so that other patrons are mindful. While this did not seem malicious, it seems like training is needed around the use of the register. The manager and waitstaff should know how to do these common functions to prevent similar errors in the future.

We waited a bit To even be acknowledged by the hostess. Then she seated at a table in the back that as soon as you sat down, the whole table just seesawed from side to side. We had this table a couple of months ago, so that means they have it fixed it in all that time. I went back upfront to the hostess and asked for a different table and she just kind of spun around and said I don’t have anything else when there were multiple Empty tables. It was my granddaughter who made the decision to leave so you know that it was really bad.

It was the best burger I have ever had! Tracye, the bartender, and the other staff were awesome! I had the Bacon Burger on Steroids and truffle fries! My wife had Bistro Burger and Truffle fries. She love it!

Such a fun cool atmosphere!! The service is great!!! There is a lot of new faces but everyone seems to be so friendly. Personally I would like to give a shout out to Debbie, Brittany and Ava for always taking such great care of us and going above and beyond. That’s the kind of people you need in the industry. I have been a longtime customer here. The employees are so kind and helpful, and the service is quick. The food is a bit pricy, but good.Dietary restrictions: There are warnings about certain items which may have potential allergens.Parking: The parking sucks, but it’s Birkdale. The shopping center that is always busy for one reason or another.Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom doors may not fit some wider wheelchairs or mobility aids. I do believe the doors are wide enough as per standard ADA regulations.

This place use to be my go to spot in Birkdale. Even though it is pretty pricey for a burger spot, the service always made up for it. Unfortunately, the current general manager (Tracy) either does not know or does not care about food safety or the guest experience. I hope they make a change soon before they lose great employees and loyal customers
Was an ok first experience . Priced well . Drink menu looked amazing . Not a fan of paper towels as napkins or silver wear thrown into a milkshake cup . Had gluten free items which is a plus .. salad came in a small dog bowl it looked like . Guess it's just a spot for get in and get out ... you could pay online too ... wouldn't recommend but wouldn't pass it by either .

Best burger ever! Best chef too. As three old friends enjoying the day, we went for lunch yesterday.When we had to make a couple improvements to our order, the chef (wish I could remember his name) took care of it immediately. He even went above and beyond to be sure we were happy. Not only was he cheerful and helpful, but really cute as well! The food was great and the service outstanding. I recommend you check it out :)

Enjoyed a lunch with my son. Food was great. We both got different burgers and shared half each. Both were excellent. Fries were a little limp. My son got the tater tots which were nice and crispy so I'd go for that next time.
