Gross! They started great ; But this franchise lets the teens take charge. The 6 star reviews ate from them. The tables are dirty; the drink station is a mess! Sticky! Puddles of spilled drinks all over ; the bathrooms are nasty! No toilet paper ever! No soap! How gross! How are they even passing inspections??? The door are hazy from all the grease and finger prints!I stopped going there last year and assumed the problem would be resolved by now! But… You guessed it! It was worse! If this place looks like this on the outside; IMAGINE THE INSIDE… ????????You will be safer going somewhere else… They are not even friendly anymore ! Safe yourself the time to park and go somewhere else.

The food is good, but I like Yafo more in every way. The app is horrible and really struggles with any credit card other than American Express.My biggest grievance is not with the food or the people working there, but management's chronic understaffing. I always see the workers busting their bonzos to keep up with the demand. It's not their fault that they are understaffed and out of so many ingredients. That fault belongs to management.If Yafo opened up in Birkdale, this place would be toast.

I have ordered Togo from here twice and have had my order messed up both times… this last time they forgot my pita and side of hummus I paid for.. last time they messed up both bowls… don’t go here if you want your food made right.

My first visit. Staff was nice, gave me a taste of the non rice. Had a Greek Salad Bowl. It was FANTASTIC. Really great flavors (added a scoop of the red spicy "stuff"?). I love bold interesting flavors. This had it. Then the price. $11.99. Wow. The card machine didn't hold me hostage for a 20% tip. For management....the utility counter with the silverware and napkins looked a bit of a mess. Same with trash receptacles. Need to put more effort into tidying up. Almost caused me to walk away because it's the first thing you see. Regardless, 5 stars. I'll be back.

Employees where beyond rude and had nothing but RBFs not to mention the portion sizes, I pay 15 dollars for a bowl the least you can do is give me more rice when I ask for it. Atp just fire the crew besides Eli he's the only genuinely nice person and they all ignored him when he asked for pita chips multiple times on the register. Could be good if the employees didn't suck so much.

I love CAVA & this place was very busy. Upsetting that they did not have the saffron rice available (20 minute wait) so I opted for brown rice. Paid and got my drink. Mixed the fresh drinks, they are so good mixed together. Anyways, I understand them being busy but there was no one cleaning tables or managing the dining area, it was pretty filthy. We cleaned our own area and ate. My friend needed to use the restroom and there was one person use type, so she had to wait. But the food was on point as always. Parking is always a bit of a toss up, the “garage” was blocked off for entry on the front side but I did find parking in there after riding around a bit.
