Ate lunch at Firehouse today and was surprised to see only one employee working with several customers in the store. The employee, Dana, was working as hard as she could go and handling in person and mobile orders the best she could. Dana was very respectful and helpful to each customer I saw her handle even though she was obviously overwhelmed. Food is always decent, staff at this location the few times we've gone have not been so great. No greeting, no personality, no smiles, they seem to do the bare minimum of making food and act like they'd rather be anywhere other than at work.
