Absolutely outstanding pizza. The cook was right there to see and chat with. She customized my pizza perfectly and cooked it just right in the wood fired oven. Going back for certain. The atmosphere could be more warm, it has a sort of industrial vibe.
3/9/2024 I ordered the CAPRICCIOSA and a pistachio canoli for dessert through uber eats.The driver decided that my meal sounded so delicious he kept it for himself. I drove to Inizio Pizza to reorder my food.The pizza was absolutely delicious and the canoli was as well! The canoli was huge and it tasted homemade and not overly sweet like some.The pizza had a delicious crust and came with some dipping marinara sauce. I have eaten at this location here in Huntersville multiple times as it is right around the corner from where I live. Having lived here for 14 years coming from South Florida I am happy that we finally have a true Neapolitan pizza place in the area. The pizzas are always created with care and even the salads are fantastic.
