The subs are very good, in my opinion better than subway. Service is ok. There were a couple of items missing in our delivery order and I understand that mistakes happen. But I never heard an apology over the phone or when we drove there to pick up the missing items.

Always a pleasure to go in and have Tiffany prepare a Sub for me. She is such a Joy to this sandwich shop. Not very many restaurant workers remember your faces but these people do and they actually listen to you on how you want your sandwich made. Went to Jersey Mike's to order a sandwich and the young woman was checking someone out who paid in cash. She collected his money with gloves on and then proceeded to come and make my sandwich without switching out her gloves. I said to her excuse me, can you please wash your hands and switch out your gloves as you were just handling money with gloves on and you want to come and finish making my sandwich. She looked at me is if I was speaking a foreign language to her. That is a big no for me - she stated that she doesn't switch out gloves after handling money. Well I'm sorry but for me you will. What is wrong with people?! Money is the most filthiest thing ever. I've started going to the new Jersey's Mikes on Sam Furr Road by Publix. They have way better customer service than the Statesville Road location and much more cleaner.

WTF Jersey Mikes! My husband went in to get us sandwiches on the way home. We had yet to eat at jersey mikes here (NC) since moving from Oregon. First of all what happened to the size of the sandwiches?!?! The subs we got looked like they were made on the mini loaf? Is the cost really that bad? Or is it just this location? Are they purposely selling on the mini sub and pocketing the money? Also my husband said the lettuce looked bad so we ended up removing it because no one wants to end up in the ER from gross lettuce. Will not be going back there again. You can get a Publix sub for way less anyway!

I work in service industry and know that you no one says anything the owner/manager don’t know. We called ahead to shorten the wait. We got there early. I was happy to wait. The woman at the register rolled her eyes when I was in line to pay because I was there before the “20” minutes.I knew then we would be waiting the full 20 minutes.There were about 12 people that came and went as I sat there. They were making ours in the back. At 19 minutes she handed me the bag. I saw they made the ham and cheese as a sub when I had asked for a salad on the phone. She said “ we don’t make salads”. I said well I spoke to you giving what I wanted on it. She replied with a scowl- you didn’t talk to me. Never saying I’m sorry let me get that right now.Instead of making my salad then she got a dish putting in lettuce and put mine behind 4 new people. The guys making it apologized to me.I watched her and she never broke a smile to anyone. She looked angry the whole time to every customer.She should not be the person at the register with a bad attitude.Jersey mikes always has good food. This experience is the first I have ever experienced there. This was the Huntersville location off Statesville Rd.
