Store was dirty and out of napkins! Food was completely incorrect. Ordered a double and got a single big bacon and was made incorrect even tho cashier put order in correctly. Themeat wasn’t even cooked all the way thru! Neither sandwich I ordered was correct and the god was cold! Had to wait for. Long time because they had no help. Paid all that money for the order to not even be edible to begin with.

I’ve been in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes, as I’m typing this still. Still haven’t gotten my food. I’m the only car in line for this whole time. I only ordered a biggie bag, i don’t understand.

I had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here because she loves Wendy’s Tameka the manager was so kind and so loving to my daughter. We had such a great time. The food was great and the service was so wonderful. I appreciate how they treated us and my family.

Went thru drive thru around 11 pm. Crew and Manger were rude and Saw the manager making our food with no gloves on. When asked then to remake it. Lady at the window was rude and asked why and told her because the Manger needs to be wearing gloves when making food and we didn't want our sandwiches made by someone with no gloves on. And when she was supposedly was remaking our food the cashier was blocking her so we couldn't see the Mgr. When came back to give us our food we asked for the Mgr name cashier asked why and we told her so we can report her. She said have a nice night and slammed the drive window closed in our face without giving us the Mgr name and when we opened the bag we could tell the food wasn't remade. Everytime we go to this one at night, they are rude or won't take orders except for delivery service pickups or they close early and ignore you. Corporate really needs to get this store straightened up.

There was absolutely no one in line. Ordered two burgers and I kid you not they were cold. Not room temp. Cold. You would think it would be fresh since we waited about 10 minutes... ON A MOBILE ORDER... How does this happen????
