Food was served hot and fresh. Order, was accurate and served in a timely manner. The kickin chicken had plenty of sauce and was not skimpy. The fries were hot and freshly cooked. The cashier was nice and provided service with a smile. I left feeling like a valued customer.
The chicken sandwich never fails to dissapoint. I ordered the #5, which gives me 3 chicken strips with 2 pieces of toast and fries, instead of the actual sandwich. Zaxby's sauce is amazing although I use it only for dipping. Their peach tea was sweeter than I expected, however it was good. As with any other fast food chain, the prices have gone up so this will have to be a treat and not the norm.

Experience was Great! JR is Awesome, while he was taking orders in Drive-Thru, he was helping with Dine-in orders too. As I was eating dinner with my little ones I could see the communication he has with his crew; Hard working man but also has the great attitude even though being busy. Restaurant was clean & everyone working together!!! Enjoyed my fresh cut salad and my Kids couldn’t stop taking about how tenders and fries were Sooooo GOOD.
