Y'all. Love BBQ? Get some! Everything I've had here is as I've come to love it in North Carolina. I only wish they were open more often! The staff is great, very welcoming. Introduce yourself and make a friend!
Not just a food truck! The restaurant is in Hemby Bridge. Wish I had known about it when it was in downtown Monroe.Stopped by to try it out last evening. By far the best BBQ and ribs I've had in NC. I had pulled pork and ribs, tater salad and slaw. The meat was cooked to perfection, moist and tender. The sweet sauce is a perfect compliment to the meat though it doesn't really need sauce. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but when I do I really mean what I say. I love their bbq, it’s probably the best bbq I’ve ever had, I can’t seem to stop talking about it and they always leave me wanting more! It’s a 5/5!
