Absolute best BBQ in the Charlotte area!!! The pork tacos, brisket, and buffalo chicken egg rolls live rent free in my head, but literally everything is delicious.

Burnt ends, homemade Mac & cheese and peach cobbler were awesome! The owner is a sweet guy to boot! Five star dining in a to-go container.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Apostle 'Que’s menu several times, and I can't help but share my amazing experience with everyone. From the mouthwatering food to the exceptional staff, my experiences are always fantastic. The first thing that will strike you as you approach the food truck is the aroma. The scent of smoky, barbecued goodness. As soon as you step up to the window, you’re greeted by a friendly face ready to take your order. It’ll be hard to narrow it down, but I highly recommend the brisket plate as it gives you a bit of everything. You can’t go wrong with any of the BBQ (I’ve had the pork and ribs too), but I prefer a plate as it come with all the sides. What truly sets Apostle 'Que apart is its exceptional crew and their mission. The staff are not just friendly and attentive; they genuinely care about your dining experience. They are always more than happy to explain the menu they have for that specific day, make recommendations, and ensure that your needs are met (within reason - it’s a BBQ place y’all, don’t come expecting extensive vegan and vegetarian options). Their passion for their craft and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident, and they’re just genuinely good people. Have you heard about their Que it Forward program? Need I say more?I’ll end by saying, if you're on the hunt for incredible BBQ, crafted by owners and staff that go above and beyond, look no further than Apostle 'Que. The combination of amazing food and a staff that treats you like family makes it a must-visit for barbecue enthusiasts and anyone looking for a memorable meal.Be sure to follow them on social and stop in to see them when they pull into a neighborhood near you!

What wasn't to like? The BBQ is out of this world. The pulled pork was perfectly tender, and had a delicious smokey flavor. The sweet coleslaw compliments the menu very nicely, whether it was the tacos, the sandwich, or just as a side itself! The Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls are a must! Words cannot describe how good these things are, just the right amount of "kick". The service was quick and friendly, making the experience delightful. If you are in the area, or just happen to see the visually amazing truck, I highly recommend giving them a try!

We had BBQ Friday 11/03/2023 at the Yorkshire neighborhood pool. We got there early and there wasn't a line. Ordered the Brisket plate. It was ready in only 2 minutes or less. Very polite service. The plate came with BBQ Beans, macaroni and cheese, hush puppies and slaw (we ordered ours without slaw). The "HUSH PUPPIES" were the worst ever had. They we more like small bits of macaroni and cheese deep fried. They we maybe lukewarm. The beans had no BBQ flavor at all. The macaroni and cheese was good (so my wife said). The BBQ brisket was just OK. Not much flavor until you add the BBQ suace. The plate came with only 1 1/2 slices and they were not thick slices. The least amount of Brisket on a plate I've ever had. And the taste was just OK as well. Very tender though. BBQ sauce was vinegar based which I liked but my wife didn't. If we had been eating this ate a restaurant I would have complained to the manager. And at $22.00 plus tax and plus tip it was not worth it. We won't be going back.

This food truck was sitting out front of The Dream Chasers Brewery in Waxhaw, NC. From reading the only review for them I can say they have learned from their review. They were out of most of their menu upon our arrival and he offered doubling sides with a discount. We had the quarter smoked chicken meal. The owner/staff was friendly and apologetic about there great sales they had. This is really good smoked chicken which fell off the bone.

They ran out of everything! We paid $41 for a scoop of pulled pork & 3 slices of brisket & 4 thumb size corn nuggets with no sides! No dessert available! First impressions are important and this was a big fail!
