The new drive-thru lane system is terrible. There were 15 cars backed up in the drive thru lane while the mobile lane remained empty. Employees seemed unsure of how to operate the system, possibly facing issues with their iPads, leaving them standing there confused. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes with no progress, I opted to go inside. Despite ordering only two large drinks and a cookie, it took them 8 minutes to fill my cups because they were prioritizing mobile orders. Furthermore, the drinks were mislabeled and had too much syrup. When I thanked the employee upon receiving my order, their response was “yeah.. mmmhmm.”

I ordered the breakfast minis. The food was cold. The chicken was not in the bread. Asked for condiments and did not get ant. Also, no straws. Worse experience, I've had a Chil fil A.

The new drive thru situation is awful. Mobile thru is so annoying to use, and you have a whole lane that is sitting empty becuase no one wants to use it. It has slowed the whole restaurant down significantly (both drive thru and inside). People are getting their food out of order and having to sit in the line until the person at the front can get their food and leave. We waiting for the front car to get their food last night for 10 minutes while the 6 cars behind them had already gotten their food. For 10 minutes not a single car in both lines moved. Get rid of mobile thru and go back to taking orders in person.

This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. Ordered salads on both occasions. The 1st time, ordered a Cobb salad w/ avocado ranch. I checked the bag & had the wrong dressing. Let the girl know (before pulling off) and received attitude from a what looked like a pre-teen. The 2nd time, we ordered 3 salads (6 dressings) on mobile order. Surely, they wouldnt get this wrong. Drove home with two dressings. Moral of the story, check your bag before you drive off.

This location has gone downhill since installing the new mobile lane. You wait longer and they bring your food and you have to wait 5 minutes just to get out of the drive through, since others are still waiting for their food. Big mistake, my opinion.

The new drive-thru setup is not conducive to timely traffic flow in the parking lot. I consistently have food left out of my order from this specific store and experience subpar customer service when attempting to right the mistake.

THIS LOCATION IS VERY BAD,BAD FOOD ,2 TIMES I WAS THERE THE GRILL CHICKEN ON NUMBER 7 WAS VERY OLD CHEWY ,DRY AND COLD, THE FRIES WERE VERY OLD BROWN AND LOOK VERY SAD ,,TOLD AN OLDER WHITE LADY LOOK LIKE A MANGER A BOUT THE FRIES, SHE BROUGHT ANOTHER ONE JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE, SHE DUMP THE TRY WITHOUT SAYING NOTHING ,,, SHAME ON YOU HAVING THIS KIND OF SERVICE IN CHICK-FIL A
