I always order a large Jersey Shore. The only thing I like there. I think this is Turkey. I hate turkey. I really should have paid more attention but the place was kind of busy. Also lettuce looked horrible. When I asked the kid why it looks so bad, he said " I can't do anything about the lettuce! "Not a good experience today. That's why the poor review.Big deal. Review this with the staff while I'm still out $19 bucks.

Elijah did a great job. Dakota did not change her gloves but once touching everything and doing good prep. I usually order here but def concerned Today. Again Elijah held it together and did a great job and I observed him changing gloves properly he also had great customer service.

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve always been on point. The staff is always friendly. I even had the manager come by and ask if I needed napkins. Talk about service!! Highly recommended!

I feel like I could taste employee frustration. Sandwich had a strange smell when I opened it, way too much oil and not evenly distributed, forgot the mayo and the bacon, Bread tasted like it was old. Seemed to me like maybe 2 or 3 employees were covering the slack of the entire team. This is what we have to expect now for a lunch combo over 15 dollars.

I came into the store and was greeted by the lady in the front. I got the same sub I always get The place overall was very nice and clean. The lady made my sub very fast, and I barely had to wait. The food was amazing, the bread was fresh and new and it tasted amazing. This is the best jersey Mike's I have ever been to in North Carolina.

Almost every time you go bread is like 2day old bread they just want through it out. And bread makes a sandwich taste bad if not fresh. And the bread on other people's sandwiches that were being made in front of me didn't look fresh it was all falling apart in pieces. I was just hoping scince I ordered the giant that I would get a fresh piece, but that was not the case. The prices you pay for the food and give you bread that's not fresh is horrible and then want a tip after that for something that is subpar is not right. I don't know what happened to Jersey Mike's but it's not like it used to be. This place is right at my house to and I have tried other locations and it's hit or miss on them as well because I have gotten day old bread at them to. Just want through the bread out and I understand but not at my expense so I can eat bread that is not fresh.
Now this is the customer service that will keep you coming back. The management either sees it when they hire or train accordingly. Kudos! Those working around 4 p.m. 1.11.23.
