I worked at Starbucks for years. At that time Starbucks took pride in making drinks with excellence. I can tell you exactly how a drink is supposed to be made (down the the number of swirls of caramel and it’s pattern) according to company written standards. We even weighed cappuccinos to make sure it was made with the right milk/foam ratio before giving to customers. Anyway, I guess quality is a thing of the past. I visited this store at one of its least busy times. I ordered a caramel macchiato, opened the lid, but there was no caramel. I asked for some. Response: “Oh it just sinks to bottom.” I said, “Oh, I prefer mine on the foam.” The barista grabbed the cup, dumped it out, and said, “I’ll just remake it with more foam.” The picture is of the remade drink about 2 minutes after it was made. Caramel falls to the bottom because the foam is not made properly (the air bubbles in the foam are too large). Adding more foam won’t fix it. Don’t advertise/charge (a lot) for a product you can’t (or won’t) make. Low points also for rude customer service, barista (at counter) on phone, and filthy windows/outdoor seating area. Sorry to leave such a bad review but I was really put off by the whole experience.

Stopped in to grab a quick treat! I did a custom drink, and they made it perfectly! It is pretty small inside, so if you get there on a non-busy day, it's a nice place to study/work! Staff are friendly, great place!

Ok, So it's a rainy early morning and I was craving a medicine ball tea. I went through the drive through and got my tea and went to my busy medical office to start my day. I took a drink and noticed the tea was very watered down. I had a waiting room full of patients and I was busy all day so I couldn't leave. I got a quick break and called just to let them know. I spoke with ASH. He was so professional & compassionate. He apologized and advised me he would make it right. I told him I just wanted a different one because I wanted one so bad. I told him I only work around the corner so I will try to come a little later in the afternoon.. Next thing I know, in comes this cheerful, gentleman with my tea in hand and gift card. He smiled and said, I'm looking for Stacy. I was in shock. He told me I had called the wrong store. But he wanted to make sure that my day got better. So he delivered my tea❤️❤️❤️❤️JUST WOW! Ash, you went over & beyond in the customer service department. It made my day.. CALL OUT TO ASH !!! Thank you for your kindness today. You need to be recognized

I come here once a week and never have had to wait long even when the line is long. Service is quick and they always make my coffee correct. Barista Cameron is the BEST, he takes the time to remember customers and is always so sweet.

Stopped by this starbucks on the way to work and decided to go in instead of using their drive thru. It's located in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking spaces to choose from. The inside was not busy at all and walked right on up and placed my order. They have a variety of sandwiches, pastries, and lunch items to order from. They also had a variety of their summer merch with cups and mugs. The employees were super nice and welcoming, and I did not have to wait long for our drinks. Definitely recommend this location, and from what I saw, the drive-thru line was moving quickly and swiftly.

If I can do list one star, I will he was feeding the dogs from the window when we waiting for our food and coffee and that was disgusting when he was feeding the dogs from the window and all that dog saliva dripping from between his fingers .
