I frequent this Zaxby's location several times a year and it seems that portion sizes are decreasing while prices are increasing. I often get the traditional wings 'n things meal and I have to say the meal I received today had the 5 smallest wings I think you could possibly procure and were overcooked besides. They barely filled the smallest compartment in the take-out tray! The 3 fingerz were also smaller than I remember receiving in the past but at least they were cooked properly....read full review
Wanted to give a shout out to this location. We had a major storm come through, and when it was over, we decided to grab some food as our local grocery store was closed. First off, the young man that runs the register was extremely helpful and friendly. We have been here a few times and he's always a nice and helpful employee. So, in the middle of eating.. Boom. Came the other night for supper and was not greeted in a nicely manner. There was no one else eating for dine in but we could tell they did not want anyone to eat in. So we decided to take it to go since we felt like we would be a bother eating in. The food was fine, but the overall service was not, for someone that works in service it could be better. I’ll continue to visit the Monroe location instead.
