Well this experience was short! Walked in to be seated by the hostess, however, there was no hostess! Waiting patiently about 5 minutes, I noticed there are no employees on the floor but there were three tables with customers. At this point my wife said she would check the back. When my wife returned, she was receiving snotty remarks from the employee and the employee continued with her rude attitude when she spoke to both of us to follow her! Needless to say, we walked from this poorly managed and operated establishment. Take a Zanax and have the mindset you will be heavily disappointed with your visit. Good luck! Let me add that we went to Outback Steakhouse and was enthusiastically meet by the hostess as we walked in! Thank you Outback Steakhouse, we now know where our first stop will be for great service and outstanding environment!

Our server was super nice, the food also very good this time. Unfortunately it really depends on the cook you get, sometimes outstanding, sometimes cold, reheated and bland. So far we had luck with the manager and got a discount when it happened to be not so stellar.
Went to the Applebee's on 476 Western Blvd Jacksonville NC 28546 picked up my curb side order got home and my burger was raw completely RAW I called spoke with Manager Teshia and she acted like it was no big deal I WILL NEVER EAT THERE

We decided to have a late lunch and decided we hadn't had Applebee's in a while. We're so glad we did! The service was excellent and the food was delicious! It was a slow time but the staff were so friendly, it was almost like being at home! They have some good meal deals so it's perfect for date nights!
Y'all have lost my business. I came here with my wife, and literally, where everyone else is parked, the front 2 doors are locked. There's people inside eating! NO 1 to open the doors during posted business hours!
