Average food, staff is not well trained and couldn't figure out how to do substitutions on the POS on several ocasions, and my orders are screwed up 3 out of 4 trips

Probably the BEST Arby's I've ever visited. Food was excellent for our party of six. When we arrived an employee was actually wiping down the chair legs on all the chairs! Now that is clean!
In recent time this place has gotten every order wrong and it's hard anymore to get a proper greeting when you go in or pull up few months ago I got a "watch u wan" at the drive through. And of course want wanted was a correct order Nope. At least when Arby's gives you the wrong sandwich it's still a win.

Arbys has not let me down yet with their food. However the large drinks are not a large, their mediums. I feel completely robbed. That peach lemonade, is great, but the signage need to change, because, Jaagers large is huge, compared to Arby's. Other then that. I get great service everytime.
Couldn't use coupons with a meal combo! Got a peanut reeses cookie and it wasn't soft, was disappointed. Wasn't good. Hardly any reeses cups in the cookie. Please bring chocolate turnovers back!
Poor Quality/ management questionable / stated was in a hurry and everything was thrown together and in the bag management stated that this was the way she does it "Asia" said she was a manager.

I was in Arby's on S. Marine in Jacksonville NC this afternoon. Travis the manger had to call the police on a young lady. She did give him an attitude and yelled at him, but that was after he had an attitude with her and didn't communicate with her. Infact he was unprofessional, rude and had an attitude with his employees and customers. I feel like he could have handled the situation much differently. I don't think I'll be back there anytime soon. Especially if he's still employed there.
