Our first time at Blaze Pizza, Jasmine was so extremely kind and helpful finding out what was right for us! Her customer service is some of the best I’ve had in a while, she was so friendly and made our experience that much better. We will definitely be returning, on top of great customer care the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. We will be returning customers soon!Kid-friendliness: Nice and clean high chairs and booster seats available for indoor and outdoor use.Wheelchair accessibility: I did notice the restaurant had a wide pathway to get to the ordering counter and there was also a wheelchair accessible booth when you walked in.

Ordered online, only to arrive and the guy says “oh crap”. Waited while he made our pizzas then he messed up one of them and had to remake it, waited again. Asked if we could have complimentary drinks for the inconvenience and he and his other coworker had to deliberate for quite some time before letting us have them. Terrible service with awful time management and poor attention to detail. Doubt we will be back.

Picked up my mobile order and checked my pizza, it was overcooked and dry and missing half the crust because it formed improperly when being pressed. Mentioned it to the employee, they said thats normal and didn’t seem to

Pizza was burnt on the crust, middle of the crust was soggy, sauce has no flavor, and the toppings were disappointing. Big blob of cheese, hardly any ham on it. Disgusting. I won’t be back, Jacksonville needs to do better all around. Stop hiring teenagers who don’t care and management with no customer service training whatsoever.

The food was tasty and not to expensive. The envoirment inside was very clean and the service was fast.
Awful all around! Ordered a basic cheese pizza, a white pizza and a half pizza with side salad. My husband also ordered a beer to drink. The beer caused an issue when ordered because no one knew how to pour the beer correctly and they put it in a paper cup. Ended up being the wrong keg they had tapped so my husband got the wrong beer and had to let an employee know. The beer was also not chilled correctly. My white pizza was completely in-eatable due to the heaps of chopped garlic on every slice. I am a garlic lover but the amount of garlic on the pizza made my stomach sick. Besides the garlic none of our pizzas had any flavor. We ended up walking down to the Burrito shack and getting something we could all eat from there instead! We were pretty disappointed since we spent $45+ for food we had to toss... oh yeah, and my husband's side salad was a very small handful of lettuce with cherry tomatoes and onion. Not worth what we paid at all and nothing like the Blaze pizza I have had in California in the past. We will not be going back to this location! Also if employees are wearing a mask for whatever reason please understand that having your nose fully exposed defeats the purpose of wearing the mask and therefore you look like an idiot. Wear a mask correctly or don't wear one at all!

As an avid blaze consumer of many years this is by far the most horrendous location I have been to. The service was just pathetic even for Jacksonville. My brother and I chose blaze as what we thought would be a fast and simple dinner before the movies, but due to the service tonight we were late (even though we allotted an hour of time for dinner). I understand that I came on a slow night so I wouldn't expect the restaurant to be fully staffed, but with three employees they did not even make an attempt to provide good or timely service. They had no pizza dough prepared, so even though there was only one customer ahead of us we had to wait a great deal of time before even beginning our pizza assembly. Quiana was the only employee who seemed to have any sort of pride for her job, and that was not only noted, but appreciated. My only concern is her pizza cutting skills which seemed rushed and resulted in sloppy, uneven slices. As far as the food it was standard for a blaze so I have no complaints in that department. I am just disappointed with the lack of service shown here tonight.

I’m sorry but one day the pizza has double cheese and is undercooked, the next day it’s burnt so bad it can’t be eaten. I don’t think this place has a manager or anyone who cares about the quality.
