This place needs to either be shut down, or it needs a whole new working team. The current workers do not communicate with each other, the cooks have terrible attitudes and as a result they mess up orders regularly and are really slow

so disappointed. was raving about this to my boyfriend. finally got him to try it, not only did they mess up our order, when we asked them to fix it. (they gave us rice instead of fries). they only gave us ONE fry to replace the TWO sides that were wrong. they weren’t friendly at all. terrible experience and am officially done with Bojangles in general.

Came to this Bojangles on way home and I should have just went to the one in Richlands. Service was slow, lady at the drive thru window not only couldn't repeat my order back correctly but after being corrected multiple times at sign and window still gave me a wrong order. She barely understood what I was asking and mumbled back the order incoherently. Food was cold despite having to pull forward to wait on my order, order had the wrong items in it even. Will not be returning unless I absolutely have to.

Considering the fact that this is not the first time, I have had an issue with this location, it saddens me that I am yet againexperiencing another issue. I told myself that I would never return back to this location, however, out of pure convenience is the only reason why I went back to this location. On December 20, 2023, about 10:30am, I placed an order through the drive-through for two made to order cheddar bo biscuits, and two egg and cheese biscuits. I paid for my order and was asked to pull up to the white line for my cheddar bo biscuits. After about 7 minutes, a young man came to my car and brought me the bag. I did not check the food until I got home. One of the two cheddar bo biscuits were fresh. The other cheddar bo biscuit that was not fresh had hair inside of the aluminum foil. I noticed that they did not give me a receipt so I did not return back to the location plus with the Christmas holiday. But I want everyone to know about this experience. Please check your food. I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is completely unacceptable. What if my child would have consumed this?

So is it store policy to lie to people and tell them this morning December 8th 2023 that your systems are down instead of telling them the truth....like y'all didn't get in the building until 510 because the manager on duty had no keys to get in. Wow nice way to piss people

6973 Western Blvd Ext, Jacksonville, NC 28540This Bojangles is full of black staff and not one staff said or did anything••I go in after my orthodontist appointment I sit down inside and enjoy my lunch, as I’m done eating I proceed to go to the front counter and ask a employee for some sugar AND YALL KNOW WHAT COLOR SHE IS… She then saids to me “ why why do you need sugar you have no coffee “ I said “ I have tea I need sugar and a bag “ yall SHE THROWS THE BAG AT ME and I then go off and I said “ when I’m done you won’t have a job “ she then goes and says “ and I won’t care “ … IF YOU DONT LIKE WHERE YOU WORK QUIT GO GET ON DISABILITY BECOME YOUR OWN BOSS SOMETHING!! But don’t go making other people life bad cause you unhappy and miserable that saying “ hurt ppl hurt ppl “ really is the truth and nothing but the truth .. it took everything in me not to pull her then one employee gone say “ DONNA STEP BACK JUST STEP BACK “ and she got the nerve to have the name DONNA !!!
