Very disappointed to see Bojangles go downhill like this. The food is no longer fresh, oil doesn't taste like it is ever changed, and the attitudes are absolutely disgusting.I hope this location pulls it together, shuts down, or at least hire new staff. It's doing nothing for the franchise.

This the 4th time. They tell me to park ahead. It will be a 6 minute wait. I sat out there for 20 minutes. Finally I had to go inside and find out what is going on. And my food was jus sitting there. Like is this how you treat paying consumer smh sad yall need to do better. Please become this happen more than once. Each time I never got a apology.
Wonderful location! Spot on every time! Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area and a Bojangles fan. The manager is really nice and gave me a free tea one time at the end of the night because they were about to close and they were gonna throw it all away anyway. Definitely recommend this location they treat you like family and are always patient with you and kind so that is a big plus when it comes to restaurants like these because so many places have issues with employees and customers batting heads so I’m glad they employees are kind and understanding. Thank you guys again for the consistent great service!
Ordered through door dash and after an hour of the food still not being ready we called the store and the gentlemen on the phone caught an attitude just because we asked why it was taking so long.

Went inside around 6:35 pm. All pans in front clean, zero food. Are you closing this location? Drive thru lady never spoke a word to us as we arrived at the window, was too busy arguing with a customer on her headphones. It's close to where I live but not worth another drive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fries were warm, soft and creamy on the inside and crunchy on the outside with the right amount of seasoning. The Cajun Chicken Filet on a biscuit was warm, crunchy and somewhat spicy on the exterior and on the inside the chicken was tender. The biscuit was warm, flaky and fell apart a bit. A delicious late lunchParking: There are a good number of parking spaces at the Bojangles.
