“Great food! I always get Whiting steamed with Old Bay, steamed potatoes half of an ear of corn and absolutely delicious broccoli. Broccoli is so good I would go just for that! It is always Super Fresh and delicious. Not much atmosphere but we always take it to go and who cares when the food is this good“
“We ordered online and everything was ready to go exactly as promised.The flounder was perfectly seasoned and nicely done.The coleslaw was fresh, with just the right amount of sauce, the way make my own!Mom had the 2 of the whole catfish, coleslaw and hush puppies - she's still talking about how big the fish were and how delicious her dinner was!To finish off our meals, we added a slice of the chocolate cake: Triple chocolate and decadent for sure!The portions were generous, service was right on time, oh yes, we're coming back!“

“Originally I would’ve given my experience and food critique 3 stars (and 3 stars is being extremely generous). The waitress was pleasant but could not answer any basic questions about the menu. I gave it a one star because the owner came out in a fairly aggregated manner and began to accuse us of eating all the food and not paying for it. My friends and I let her go in for a minute before we showed her the $70 + $30 tip receipt that we had in fact paid. The well-tipped waitress, who should’ve explained the situation correctly, was nowhere to be found. There were 100 other tactful ways to have handle this situation. My suggestion to owners; 1- invest in experienced waiters that can elevate your business and answer pertinent questions in the menu; 2- Hire a consultant who can train the staff to handle situations accordingly. There is no reason why the owner/chef should come out defensively accusing customers of not paying. All whilst waving our leftover food baskets telling my party “You ate all this food, you need to pay!” Based on the food alone, I would not return. The overall experience sealed the deal for me.“
