This was the absolute WORST drive-thru experience ever. I normally don't eat here because of the 96 sanitation grade, but needed something quick while on break. Ordered some buford bites. Took forever just to order, even longer waiting in line. Once at the windows, I see a man working inside of a larger size and can see the bottom of his belly hanging out from underneath his shirt (shirt WAYYYY too small). My slush had something floating in it so I returned it for a refund. I should've checked my food then, however I needed to get back to work. On tip of everything else, I didn't even get what I ordered. It was chicken bites and they had more breading then chicken. Tried to call to complain and no one ever answered the phone. The food, wait, and uncleanlyness of the employees will make me remember to NEVER eat here again. Ugh!!!

Second time ordering from this place , each time they couldn’t hear me , charged me but didn’t give me all my order , rude when talking to me , food is great but orders consistently wrong , wrong size and when trying to correct it told to pull up and no receipt to see what I order and given less fries than ordered , orders a large meal got a medium fry and missing another order of fries . Second time being wrong .

I love checkers but the staff is absolutely terrible. They park their car in the left drive through (that’s for doordash/uber eats). They are very slow and sometimes you order stuff they just say no I ain’t making that. They need to fire everyone and start over. Of course it’s the only checkers in the area. I can see why the franchise is struggling when they hire employees like this.

After a Year of not going, I gave into the smell yesterday. I ordered a Qurter Pound of Chicken Nuggets for my Son an I to share. . Took 11 mins with no cars in line before us and It had 6 Nuggets an all Fires when we finally got it. . No point an going back to day anything like before NASTY STAFF and not just talking rude. The person the came in from a smoke started to make a sandwich never washing their hands or using gloves. . That store needs new management or to close down.

The last two times we've been here it's been horrible, the drinks are disgusting and it tastes like molded soda, the chicken bites and fries were over cooked, while the other box of chicken bites were definitely under cook, the sauce was out of date, it's changed, this place is no longer good, it was our favorite place and now we cannot go here anymore, i do not recommend going here anymore
