Worst experience I have ever had at a chick fil a. They got my whole order wrong. I ordered 12 nuggets and a cherry sunjoy with lemonade and unsweetened tea. They rang me up for the meal and they gave me a diet sunjoy. So they took the food back to correct the meal, the drink was still wrong so to fix that they gave me a cup of what I'm assuming is just the cherry flavor, it just tastes like flavored water so I guess I was supposed to mix them but then it's still diet lemonade and that's not what I wanted. Also they have me the wrong change back, it was only five cents so it wasn't worth sending her back again for I was already frustrated enough and didn't want to wait longer.

Constantly missing items that I order at this location. Had to wait in the drive through line a second time (when it was extremely busy) because I was missing something, and I ended up waiting all the way up to the drive through window. That wasn't even recognized. Didn't receive an apology. That manger at the window wasn't very attentive at all. At least an apology is proper customer service.

Worst chick fil an experience I’ve ever had. Sorry, get it together guys.
Not one time I’ve come to this chick-fil-A and got my order close to being right, and it’s simple orders ex: chicken sandwich, large fry, chick fil a sauce, ranch, and honey bbq, something is missing and or I don’t get any sauce, nice people but never get orders right, makes me nervous to order more, just more I have to check and ask for what I already ordered

Yes its really busy but we sit down at the table with the marker thing and we did not get our food. Everyone else did. My husband had to go up front and complain.RidiculousI will say I know yall are busy.
As far as pickup orders and DoorDash orders go the employees are slow, they are constantly standing around laughing with each other instead of handing out orders that are already marked as ready to pickup. Management if you read this, fix it.

Ive been obsessed with Chick-fil-A for years I get them religiously and I was really hoping when they said they were changing their chicken it wasnt gonna be a cheap replacement like everything els nowadays. Im so disappointed and angry, im taking them of my list not even my favorites list, i mean my entire list, i wont eat here anymore. How the hell do you choose to replace the old chicken with chicken that tastes like *literally* nothing. Im grossed out that i even tried it. How the hell does it have no flavor what so ever.
