As someone who works in the mall I visit this location weekly. The service is always AMAZING. The managers are sweet and personable and the cashiers are always accurate and happy to help. 10/10. Oh- and they always give my service dog a pup cup!
Place was a zoo, they forgot to put part of our order in the bags, and there was no place to sit because no one was enforcing the customer only seating area! Would not recommend this location.

Unfavorable service and cold food. We visited this location two days before and were able to get an item on the menu customized, without any issues or hesitation. The fries we were given were cold, but the service was great. Today I visited and ordered the same thing. We were met with attitudes questioning the order and a ton of hesitation from the girl taking our order. We got to the window and we're told they would absolutely not customize our order, and when I asked for the general manager, they sent out a team lead to speak on behalf of the manager on duty. The message was relayed that I either take the item as is or get a refund. I decided to take the refund. I was given cold fries again, and no refund was issued. I had to call the corporate offices to have them issue the refund. This was an absolutely terrible experience and was handled very poorly by management.

Placed an order here after walking around the mall for a bit. Took a while probably because the tenders my fiance ordered were made fresh. Table we sat at was dirty, fries on the floor.. I'm just glad that eventually we got our food, it was hot and yummy.

I will keep this review at 5 stars even though I have a complaint and had this issue happen 3 times.I go to chick filet at least 1-2 times per months. At times I get a large fries for me and a small fries for my wife. The portion in the large was exactly the same as the small. I said something at one of the times when I caught it at the drive through window. They corrected it and were pleasant about it. Other then this, one of my favorite fast food place to go to. I will continue no place is perfect. Things happen.But, I will knock off a star on this review every time it happens again. I hope chick filet doesn’t end up with a one star here. They’re much much better than that.Don’t start doing what other fast food chains do and start skimping. Not worth it.
It is a good thing this location is not representative of Chick-Fil-A in general. I have been going there since Pete Burgess opened on the site that was previously Pine Valley Christian School. In the last few years however, the service is unpredictable, at best. I usually have large orders. No separate orders, just large. I buy for our business and personally I have several grandchildren and would often go there with them. Four out of five times I will get back to work or home and be missing at least one item. How hard is it to have a system in place for quality control? You know, the concept of making sure what you charged me for is in my bag! More recently I called and spoke with one of the managers (not the first time)explaining my frustration. While they seem to empathize and offer to give you a gift card( which I do not accept), they look at you like you expect too much. All I want is to get what I bloody pay for WHEN I pay for it! It's broken, fix it. I went back today after not receiving two of the biscuits I had ordered for coworkers. Knowing by the time I drove back it would be close to cut off for breakfast, I preordered and paid through the app. I figured I would deal with getting compensated for missing items upon arrival. When I get there at 10:35 they say they don't make the order until you get there? What is the point of pre ordering and prepaying if it's just like ordering in line??? ( I don't see how that could possibly work with DoorDash)I prefer to be joyful and give good reviews but this type of service at this location has occurred regularly and shows no sign of getting better.I will NOT return to this location, ever.

Worse experience ever!! Long wait in line (ok not a problem), then trying to order…. Change associate in middle of order…. Multiple times I had to repeat order (#3, 8 piece with coke & #4, 3 piece with peach milkshake)….long wait to get to window (ok). Paid & was given drinks, waited 5 minutes, told order wasn’t ready… pull over….I had been in line waiting over an 1/2 hour… said no, will wait at window…then I did pull up to edit “5 minutes “ for food. After almost 20 minutes, employee came out & asked what I ordered, then almost 10 minutes late brought food & left quickly…they forgot the fries! Got in line again & got fries…staff was just laughing at us…I did ask for money back! While waiting for food called Chick fil a customer service…they “couldn’t “ do anything & would let the restaurant know & they would handle. I waited over an hour for food…avoid this place!!

They proclaim to be a Christian company, and yet they are poisoning our brothers and sisters in the Lord. Look at all the Soy oils in the sauces and dressings. The amount of chemicals in the food. The owner should be ashamed. I wouldn't serve that food to King Jesus, how can you serve that to fellow servants. The owner needs to repent.
