Ok I get it I came in during some type of rush they had just dealt with. If you can’t treat a paying customer with respect after being under stress then you’re in the wrong profession. It’s not my fought you waited to the last minute to put down more ingredients on the grill at 5:00pm on a Saturday. Not to mention right after I paid they pulled it off the grill (green peppers and onions). Steak was still cooking but the Point is not one person cared that I didn’t get what I originally wanted.

On 3/30/24 @9pm I went into Chipotle on Hwy 258 in Jacksonville, NC for two items a salad and a bowl. Things were going smoothly until the worker preparing my food put sour cream on the bowl and I didn't ask for that. Instead of spooning the sour cream out, she literally took the bowl to the trash can where she proceeded to dump the contents in the trash can but the bowl hit the trash can twice. When I called her out on it she got really defensive ans said "that's what we do here." I told her I didn't want her fixing my food and she replied "I'm the only one who can make it." There were 3 other workers up front. I left and left the food. I refusw to eat at this location ever again. When I called back to get the store managera name and corporate phone number the gentlemen that answered the phone initially passed the phone back over to the lady who had just given me grief about the bowl and she was refused to give me corporates info or the store managers name.

This is the second time I’ve gotten food at this location. Both times there were chicken bones in my bowl! Even a chicken vertebrae! Someone isn’t cutting the chicken right! ? I am grossed out for sure!

The woman serving was very unhappy, and she was not doing the least bit of service with a smile. I understand that, as it was late and she was probably tired, as they were quite busy. But then, admittedly, on account of them being understaffed, they let me wait for over 10 minutes to check out my burrito, standing at the register. Ridiculous. I love Chipotle and have only ever had good experiences, but this was my first time at this location, and now, it will be my last.

We frequent Chipotle many times in a month. Sometimes, they forget utensils and napkins, and I always check the selection for utensils and napkins when ordering. I drove back through and asked for utensils and napkins, and a different employee apologized and said they're working with the employee who puts the orders into the bags, but that employee keeps forgetting...Portions are small and inconsistent. The chips serving seems to be less each time we go. More times than not, the chips are stale.

the first time I've dropped into this Chipotle since it was built. loving the fact that it's actually close by my house. everything was amazing, service was great, proud to have one near us. Carne asada burrito bowl supposed to die for got to remember the case of though! ???Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian myself but this is a choose what you want and there is a lot of vegetable choices available as well as substitute meat choices for the main choice in your breathable or burrito

Of the two Chipotles in Jacksonville NC, the one on Richlands Hwy is by far my favorite. The workers are excellent and friendly and the portions are HONEST. I don’t feel like they cheat me on my extra-protein or guac portion (I often feel the one on Western pushes the limit on how small they can make it before you say something).I prefer this Chipotle also because the workers are friendlier.Kid-friendliness: Workers give extra bowl to help divide the bowl for your kids.
