I have been ordering from this place for a bit over a year, their food was okay… the main reason I always order from them it’s because it’s very close to my home so it’s convenient…. The food never takes longer then 35 minutes to get here… but after today I promise you I’ll never order from this place again!My order was almost $70.00 totalThey toke over an hour to get hereThe food, oh gosh the food was not edible it was terribleThe egg drop soup taste it like ashtrayThey beef w broccoli had no flavor. It was like they just throw that in the pot with water in a little bit of salt and nothing else not your typical beef with broccoli. It was disgusting folks! When I called to ask for them to remake it they said was going to be a long time before they could send the driver this way. I had to go get the food myself and they didn’t even offer any kind of reimbursements or discounts. I am so shocked after ordering from the same place for so long the way I was treated it was unacceptable.Not to mention the way the food was packed. It was just a disaster it was sticky stuff everywhere! never again. I’ll take my money somewhere else.

The food was horrible. I asked for beef and broccoli, received no broccoli and then substituted it with uncooked green bell pepper thinking I wouldn’t notice. The rice was awful. Had to drown both in soy sauce to just through it. The only decent thing was the egg roll. The guy at the cashier was nice but very strange as well.

I've heard stories about this place but didn't believe it. Worst Chinese resteraunt I've ever eaten. The chicken and broccoli was so horrible. It wasn't fresh. the chicken was under cooked. The rice tasted spoil, and old. I wouldn't recommend no one to go their.

By far the worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my entire life! I stopped here because it was on my way home but I will be sure to never make that mistake again. The chicken was refried I can only assume because it’s soaked in grease. The rice is disgusting and has onions after I asked for no onions and the egg roll is literally the smallest egg roll I’ve ever seen in my life! I should’ve ran out of there when I seen a sanitation score of 88. Then I called to let them know about my order and how I wasn’t satisfied she said she could give me 20% off my next order but I don’t ever plan to go back! She told me to bring all the food back and she will give me my money back and that’s surely what im otw to do! Never again!

Food is ok. Jumbo shrimp was dry and barely above room temp. Fries were meh, some cold, some warm but eatable. soup was flavorless but hot and the noodles weren’t cooked appropriately. When I called and ordered, I was told it would be over an hour and it was 1hr23min which is fine with it being 23min from my house to there according to google maps. The egg rolls were decent and warm with flavor. For the price and time for what we ordered and such, I doubt we’ll be back

I asked for no onions in my rice and got onions mind you online it say they close at 10 pm I called at 8:38 the manager was rude then told me to give them 5 minutes and took my order because he asked if I could be there within 20 minutes that’s not telling me you close at 10 and of course you say it’s on the door but I didn’t walk in to place my order I did it over the phone I told you I got the information offline where he say he doesn’t have control over so you should be a little more understanding when you know I order over the phone and not in store then refuse to make my food right or give me my money back when they the ones that messed up

Ordered delivery to hotel after a day of paintball. This is an amazing hole in the wall place with delicious food. All 5 of us loved every bite of food.

Asking for anything didn't help all soggy even when I asked for extra crispy in store could do better from the freezer isle

Waited 1.5 hrs for the order to be delivered. Called and they could not find the driver and just wanted to offer an apology. Told them we had 4 kids to feed and we would have to feed them something else. Asked for a refund and nothing was provided and got told have fun with making the kids' dinner. Won't be ordering from here again.
