Went there on my lunch break at about 8:30 p.m. I ordered a a tray and I wanted double cheese bites they gave me six cheese bites and four hush puppies I gave the tray back and I said I want it double cheese bites they took the hush puppies off my tray and gave me the Trey back with no extra cheese bites I told them I wanted double cheese bites and they would not give me them so I got my tray and my two sides were six cheese bites they were very rude to me in the window they snatched the plate back from me and then continue to tell me that that was double cheese bites so I guess you only get three cheese bites as a side will not be eating there again

I just went thru the drive thru at 6:55 on March 19th and the "girl" at the window was extremely rude. She was rude at the speaker and when I drove up to get my food she had no manners and practically through a bag of lopsided trays in my lap and slammed the window shut. Not to mention the food wasn't enough to feed a child and I got two trays for me and my kid. Plus your prices use to be great but definitely have gone up and the food has gone down. If your job makes you miserable.....find another one. PERIOD!! Plus a friend of mine use to work at this location and said she was working in a ft and a half of water due to clogged drain and she kept getting athlete's foot. Horrible.

The absolute worst experience 30 min just to get my food. They did not give me all my food and when I am telling them at the window. The girl kept just shutting the window and not paying attention or trying to listen. Finally went in and still they could not figure it out. $23 for a hot dog, fries,,a shake and 2 wraps? Maybe if they just give people a receipt we can spend up the process when they mess up the orders.

The food and service are always great! Turn down the cheese bite temperature though. Got two trays with cheese bites on the side, and both trays melted through in multiple spots. A little styrofoam seasoning.

Employee that took my order was rude and didn't seem like he was listening as there were two orders of the first item I ordered when I said a different item.The other plate that I had ordered looked like there was a bite taken out of the bun.I had ordered 4 plates and had not received a bag for my itemsWhile I was using the bathroom I noticed two employees going into the bathroom and heard moaning.
