I bought an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday after we enjoyed the one we had bought previously. Called prior to pickup realizing I made a mistake with the s at the end of birthday and was assured it was ignored and spelled properly. I pick our ice cream cake up and once I got home I realized her name was spelled incorrectly. I called to see if we could get it fixed and was told they would check the confirmation email and call me back. I called several times after a few hours of nobody calling me back and nobody would pick up. Disappointed that we had to settle for this.

I enjoy This place. Food is great and so is the service.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to enter this establishment, however; exiting this establishment is very dangerous if ur traveling hwy 17 North.
They literally have the slowest service. Every time I pick up for Uber eats, I end up waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby.

My husband and I went through drive through and were told to wait a minute. We waited quite a while with no one in front of us. I honestly think she forgot we were there. Even though there was a huge line behind us at that point and people were zooming past us impatiently. So we spoke up and she finally took our order. I had ordered a dipped cone and a choco strawberry dipped blizzard. The dipped cone was the saddest dipped cone I've ever seen and my blizzard not only came half melted, it was not flipped. If she tried it would have been on the ground. My blizzard also had a piece of something yellow in it, which turned out to be peanut butter! I don't know how that happened. But that mistake should not happen, a lot of people are deathly allergic to peanuts, luckily I am not one of them. I don't know if she was new and/or working by herself. I didn't look too hard at the time, I'm sure there is some explanation but something needs to be fixed with how this is managed.
This was an awful experience. My children wanted a late evening ice cream. This location is on our way home. I do not typically leave reviews, especially bad ones, b/c I understand we all have off days. However, this was beyond that, in my opinion. The man in the drive thru was taking forever, I began to think we were too close to closing time, so I pulled away only to notice there were people still indoors. I called in as I drove back to the drive thru to make certain they were still open. Lady answered, apologized for the delay. Said they were having "issues" with customers. Noted. I understand and opted to wait in line. No worries. Finally, get up to order and pay. While we waited on our order, I watched inside. It was GROSS. No one wearing gloves, wiping their faces, pants legs, shirts with the ice cream touching everyone's food. One man made some mistake and threw away the order. Another came behind him moving cups around with icream in them on the counter then goes to pick up the trash holding the bag over the three cups, and then back to making cream again- All in front of us, no gloves and not a second to clean hands. The lady that handed my daughter the cone had ice cream running down her chest and wipes her hands across it as she reaches for napkins. The whole place was just disgusting. I've lived here a long time. New places coming in often. I tried to remain loyal, but I am done. I stopped to look for their food/sanitary rating that should be posted, b/c I was curious-not even on site anywhere. I'd venture to understand why.

Went took the drive thru for a late lunch break while working. We likely won't return...chicken strips tasted old, fries weren't done and onion rings were overdone. Gravy cups barely half full, asked for extra but didn't get them, had to ask a second time for ice water. We were the only customers when we arrived and our order took 10 minutes. Disappointing. We could have gone anywhere and should have.Dietary restrictions: Very few options here for food or drink if you're diabetic or on a diet.
