The doughnuts we had, in particular the Boston Cream, were absolutely delicious. The iced coffee was also good and the service was fast and the staff was very polite. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who loves doughnuts and iced coffee.

This experience was terrible. My friends and I went this afternoon to ask for 3 doughnuts, and the person serving us said they had none left. It's so bizarre to me because it's Dunkin' Donuts. So ashamed.

The most consistent of the 3 Jacksonville Dunkin's. My children only go here. Their donuts are consistent. Their drinks are correct. There's some newer guys in there who haven't been on point with my drink but it's ok for my kids! They are nice here and not rude. Service is good. Ambiance is like the others! Please put a tip line on the mobile app!!! I never have cash.
