It took the employees 3 to 5 minutes just to speak to the customer at the drive thru. From what I witnessed each person in front of me was only getting a coffee. Utterly dissatisfied. These employees need proper training ASAP!
I come through here regularly late at night on my long trips home from school. This is my favorite Dunkin in Wilmington and Jacksonville. The staff is always kind. At other Dunkins I’ve gotten my bagel minis cold regularly but at this Dunkin they are always piping hot just the way I like them!!!

There was a slight discrepancy in my order. When I returned, the young lady Anna was extremely helpful, and she was unaware of how to do the correction. Her manager, Ford, stepped up and assisted her. Great customer service! I made sure to ask their names so I could do a review. Definitely will return.
