My first time having Szechuan Chicken. I expected it to be a little spicier, but I liked it even still. They also have good crab rangoons and some of the best rice I've ever had.

This was not authentic at all. I got two orders of Sesame Chicken just now for delivery. The delivery timing was good but the food was trash. The chicken taste like it was microwaved or air-fried, the rice was nasty and egg rolls were overcooked and mushy inside and burnt on outside. Very bad food. It was disgusting for $25

Lady upfront Tracy is very rude and short. Place is ran down and food is not good. If you’re looking for a place to eat, the mold in the dumpsters behind the place is a better dish than the ones they serve. And may I add, also cleaner.

Customer service is beyond terrible. They double charged my card. Brought me the wrong food. Then when I called the woman was giving me an attitude saying I said the wrong order. They did eventually bring me the new food after arguing. Stay away from the place.

We moved to Jacksonville in Oct. 2023 and in the 2 1/2 months we've been here we've probably ordered food from here 20 times. It has been delicious every time. Food has been hot. Service has been outstanding too. I really recommend Empire Chinese.

My husband ordered from here despite the negative reviews. He's an optimist and decided to give this place a try. However, we were both very disappointed with the wait time (which was over an hour) and the quantity of the food. His LARGE plate of chicken and rice only came with 3 pieces of chicken! Not to mention the spice level was intolerable. Don't waste your money here.

The food was 2 hours late and I called every hour and was told it would be just a little bit longer or the driver is on his way. I didn't mind the driver or anything he was cool. But the fact it was also taking so long that my food was freezing cold is ridiculous.
Just got our food delivered after almost 2 hours, open it up and there are literally cockroaches in the food. Called the store to get a refund and the guy said he would have to call the boss and have him reach out. I think the health department needs to be reaching out to this place. Finally just took all the food back to the store. Guy said he could only give me half back since we ate a little bit of the food before we seen the roach in the sweet and sour sauce. Tried to say since it wasn't in ALL the food, then we should have just replaced the sauce.

I’ve ate here twice, the first time I got beef and broccoli and it was so soupy… so I tried something else today and we got beef lo mein and it had no taste what so ever, we also got crab Rangoon and I swear it had no crab, also got fried won’tons today and I literally sat here and broke open 4 of them and they had absolutely NOTHING IN THEM
