Although people sent bad reviews in the past, that doesn't mean to immediately overlook the establishment. I just ordered food from here today and I am very satisfied with my order. The food was amazing.The delivery time was very good especially considering the order was for a party of 8. 10/10 would recommend.

Waited two hours! When I call, they tell me that it will be another 20 minutes because there is "traffic" at 930 at night in Jacksonville on a Sunday. Horrible. I'm officially done.

I have been waiting on my food for over an hour just to call and ask where my food is and I get hung up on. So then the delivery lady informs me she gets all the orders and drops em off one by one?! Make it make sense!

The order was placed through beyond menu , everything about this order was wrong. The food was wrong. It took two hours to get the food. When the food finally arrived it had been smashed and tipped over sauces leaked all over everything even the dessert cookies , the food was cold . the driver says that’s how she picked it up I called beyond, on two different I called beyond , throughout the two hour ordeal and explain to them I had somewhere to be and I would like a refund, On the first contact they said the order had been picked up 10 minutes prior to that call , I waited another 40 minutes and made another phone call to beyond , still no arrival still no refund on the second phone call they did everything they could to try to tell me that they couldn’t refund they just wanted to get a hold of the restaurant and see what was going on well that’s when the girl pulled in almost two hours later with my food . I would not recommend this restaurant at all on delivery and actually the food was horrible tasting also

This is the worst food I have ever attempted to eat!! The food was lukewarm and the order was wrong, when we called about the order the woman on the other end was rude. She attempted to tell me that "sweet-n-sour" chicken was the Honey Chicken that I ordered, and the "ramen" was yakisoba. This place isn't worth the anyone's time!

We ordered our food at 6PM. We called multiple times and was told that it would be to us in 15 minutes (it never showed). At 10PM we called again and they said we never ordered even though we had an order number and the money was taken out of our account. The manager called us and said they’d deliver it tomorrow. The service was terrible through phone calls and the delivery was beyond slow and non existent. Will not be ordering from here again.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for cold food. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and never got the sweet and sour sauce. Was told it would be 20 mins before the driver would show up. After waiting for 30 mins the driver called us to tell us she was on her way and that it would be another 20 min wait. Lmfao. Food wasn't good. Service was bad. Definitely deserves zero stars. Do not order from this place. Not worth the 2 1/2 hour wait. And as I'm writing this I've been waiting on the manager to call me

Food arrived cold and fried wontons were also chewy and hard. Pork fried rice had only 4 little pieces of pork in it. Ordered extra 4 fortune cookies only recieved 3 total. Left a tip on my card and restraunt told driver there was no tip on it. Looked at my order that I placed on the app and there was a tip charged. Not happy with this delivery. Ordered twice before with no problems. This third time was a disappointment completely. May not order again from here.
