I'm a little late leaving this review, but I wanted to ensure I expressed my gratitude to Ariel, the young lady who helped me with my order during my visit on Jan 21st. I do come to this location from time to time, but this was one of the best experiences here. My food and everything was perfect. Ariel is exceptional! She has such a pleasant and caring spirit, and that's amazing that our interaction was only a few minutes through drive-thru. That's how you can tell what a great person she is. Thank you so much for what you do!
Randy was absolutely amazing.We just bought a house in jacksonville and will be moving in a few months from NY. He made our day with his great sense of humor and energy. The best experience we ever had. We will be back to visit Randy and of course have a wonderful meal with our family and friends.

Seems to always mess up my order and it's like the employees there are on automatic. Can't blame them if they're working a mundane job like that. Though I have to admit there is a employee who has way to much motivation and I admire that employee for caring about his job.
Sorry bojangles, sorry ihop, sorry Pillsbury, this particular Hardee's location has the best biscuits in town and the best biscuit maker for more than a decade.

Will not be returning to this location. Was ignored and acted as if I was bothering them. Had to wait 20 min just to place a simple order inside. I'll drive to Richlands before I ever come here again. Management needs to get their act together. Fast food should have a sense of urgency.

The store hours states they are opened at 5am. However, 3 out of 4 days this week Ive been there at 5 am, the lights are on but nobody is home. I've waited til 5:20-5:25 & still no service. I had to leave to get to work without breakfast.

This place is always slow the crew is always confused and losing orders the manager and employees clears the tickets to keep there delivery time down and causing the long long wait time it’s amazing watching them all yell at each other blaming one

My girlfriend went through the drive through today for lunch, when she got home and bit into her sandwich the bread was moldy. Understandably she no longed wants anything for the restaurant so she asked for a refund. She was told they could not do that, they can only remake the order. Will post the mold food when I get home. Just horrible customer service and way to handle a horrible situation. Especially if she didn't notice the mold and got sick and would've needed medical attention. Unbelievable
Took 5min to take my order and another 15to get it done after short changing me. Very slow. In no way shape or form so they deserve $15hr.
