The young woman up front didn't even greet me or speak outside of mumbles to me after I spoke up to get her attention (after she walked past me and aboided my eye contact multiple times while i stood up front). I placed an order to be picked up at around 1045, and it wasn't ready until 1140. She kept passing by multiple pick up orders and didn't acknowledge any guest outside of her ethnicity and moved slower than anyone should. I finally walked over to my order after about 10 minutes and just grabbed it myself since I needed to be at work. If the manager reads this, I highly recommend replacing her, I'm sure there are plenty of others who will gladly take her position and do a better job.

Customer service was plesant and kind. I enjoyed my food tremendously, I had the classic three pancakes eggs and bacon with a cold brew latte. The pancakes were light, eggs cooked perfect, and crispy bacon. The cold brew latte was crisp and tasted like fresh coffee. The hash was soft on the inside, crunchy on the out, will be back as soon as possible.
