This is really upsetting. I use to love coming to Jimmy John's. So I was really excited to get it today for my lunch break. I ordered a sandwich and a bag if chips around d 1220pm. 1pm rolls around and I still haven't received my food. I work litterly across the street so I don't see how this is possible. I called the store just for someone to inform me that they're drive is leaving now. 40 mins later still no food. Idk how the driving situation is but if you have one delivery drive PLEASE HIRE MORE! It's outrageous waiting over and hour for a simple sandwich. It's seams very unorganized at this location. I called a final time to cancel my order and get a refund just to be told again that they driver was out with my order ?. I canceled any because I'm sure it would've been another 30 mins to an hour. And crossing my fingers that I actually get my money refunded since they didn't ask me anything about my order name or where I was calling from. Idk what's going on in this location but whatever it Is ITS NOT WORKING! I'll most likely never ordering from this location again and I'm making it a point to tell all my family and friends about my experience in hopes that they'll do the same. Very disappointed and still hungry. Will NEVER recommend. Thanks for nothing.

Western Blvd, 12/19/2023, about 8:00 PM. I waited in the truck while my wife went in to order for our family. As my wife scanned the menu, I watched from the car as the female cashier repeatedly wiped her runny nose with her palm and the back of her hand—an absolutely disgusting habit, especially in a food establishment. I sent my son into the restaurant to tell my wife not to order and to come back to the car. We will never patronize this location again. Why does Jimmy John's have such a poorly mannered person working around food? Is there not a manager in this store?
