Don't mind paying the alarming price for a 16 piece family meal however I do I have an issue when the chicken is mushy and the Mashed Potatoes and the gravy were just gross.. first time we've ever had a complaint on a KFC.

So my wife and I were hungry and we decided to stop at this KFC and the service itself when we did the drive-thru she was more than exceptional. However when I placed an order for a three-piece tender meal and a mashed potato side, my food is a little less than what I expected especially for the price for two meals two drinks and one extra side. If they can portion the food to match the service they would be dusting the rest of the chicken competition in Jacksonville.

The customer service is amazing! The ladies are all so friendly and always helpful.
I order dinner here tonight the door dasher told me that the man that did my order was rude they didn't even give me everything that was on my order the macaroni and cheese was missing the chicken was dry and the chicken tenders was hard. They didn't give me 8pc either we only got 5 and it wasn't extra crispy. The french fries were soggy and cold and stale. To be honest the only thing that was good was the colslow and potatoes and gravy. Other then that I wasn't happy about it.
