The worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried this location twice and it was the same each time. The pizza is flat and hard. They are not making their dough correctly. The breadsticks were crunchy and the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. I paid a lot of money for trash.

Typically it is hit or miss at this place, but tonight it was pretty bad. I ordered deep dish pizza asking for one side of pizza to have sausage and the rest of the pizza having onions and pineapple over it. Plus an order of the new cheese puffs and crazy bread. Well once I got the food the deep dish had sausage all over the pizza. The crazy bread was hard as a rock and the puffs weren’t the correct ones. So I took it back in there and asked for them to remake it. When talking with one of the employees you could tell they did not want to fix it. So he took the food back and started remaking it. While waiting the staff was eating the pizza they messed up and I don’t generally care at least the food was getting eaten, but do it privately not when making peoples food with food in your mouth. Once I got my remake food I checked it and seemed correct. Got home and took a bite the pizza was completely raw in the middle and the puffs were cold. After inspecting it more the pizza was barely cooked. I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but between the food and staff just screwing around I felt like it deserves a review. I know it’s little Caesar’s but if I’m spending more than 30 bucks give something at least edible.

If you guys are not hiring, then stop putting ads on indeed that you are looking for crew members if you are just going to push away every person that applies I called to check on the process of my application, and I was told that they know absolutely nothing regarding applications, and proceeded to tell me there is no reason to call the store Because They know nothing about it when they could have nicely, and simply have said to call back at a later time

Staff were very friendly with my call in order. I requested light sauce on our pizzas. We picked up our food and I opened them shortly after. These were two of the best looking pizzas I have seen in a long time and they were delicious. Though I wish the prices would stop going up. $14 for 2 pizzas now.

"Old-N-Cold"I live a few blocks away. Picked up a pepperoni pizza & some bread sticks. The pizza crust was hard & stale. The bread sticks were flattened and hard as crackers.

Ordered a cheese pizza. i get home to see the cheese falling off the sides, it’s a greasy gooey mess. i call to get a refund and the manager has an attitude with me over the phone. how is this business still operating with such nasty food and NASTY customer service? sad and i will never come here again.

Got to be the worst food I've ever had. Everything was cold and some was not even cooked. 1st and last time coming here.
I stop here every few months when I'm in Jacksonville. The last two times it seems to have gone downhill. Hot and ready shouldn't also mean it's been sitting here for hours but we're still gonna sell it to you. If it's old throw it out. Nobody wants to eat that garbage. Today I ordered a fresh pizza so I wouldn't get garbage again. I asked the young man if the crazy bread was fresh and he said yes. Of course it wasn't. I should have taken it back in and asked for a refund on the bread but I just wanted to start my two hour drive home. The pizza was great but the lack of care for costumers is completely obvious. Not to mention another costumer had came in and stood there for about three minutes before deciding to leave because no one had approached him.

The girl at the counter was nice enough but the pizza must have been sitting for a while. Hardly any sauce on it and definitely wasn’t fresh. Idk. It was weird.
