Ordered pizza online for the lunch break of a small event last Saturday 4/6 for pick up at 10:20. Says online they open at 10, says on the door they open at 10.I arrived at 10:15 and waited until 10:25 and the door stayed locked and no lights. I had to order from the other location and pick up there in order to make it on time, and was notified later my pizza was ready at 11. Obviously I ordered it for a specific time for a reason, and when I called for a refund, the number never works. Why post your hours if you dont stick to it?

Put half the pepperoni I paid for on my Fanceroni Pizza. Put my pizza in the drawer that doesn't work in their portal.

A Fire Lane is for Emergency Use only, all the establishments I have been to will always ask/tell the customer to move before helping. Not this store tho, 4 cars right out front with a 20min wait an everyone in Little Caesars. At dinner rush with No Hot and Readys, I see now why this store is failing. Never have Hot and Readys and you cater to the entitled. Not even getting started on the staff.Parking: They allow people to use the Fire Lane as a parking lot when there is over 50 spaces always open just 15feet away. . .

Blandest pizza I’ve ever eaten, and literally picked up pizza and brought it home less than 10 mins and pizza is cold. I wouldn’t waste your money here, and go the extra mile to and go to the one on western blvd.

Never again will I ever get a pizza from this establishment I’ve been to other establishments and never not once had a issue but I come here and order a large pepperoni pizza and the pizza was very much underdone and the pizza stuck to the cardboard please for you safety don’t eat here they are disgusting they don’t clean properly and they rush your pizza I give this place a 0/10 I highly DONT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE Especially if you have kids we had to throw one half way that’s how bad and nasty it was

If the motto is hot and ready you're how come every time I go in at lunch time there's never a Pizza Hut and ready nobody's waiting in the line nobody is being helped there's no online orders there's just never any cooked pizza that is hot and ready I seem to only have this problem at this location I have a video of the person behind the desk attempting to explain to me why they don't keep pizza's hot and ready even though their company says pizza pizza hot and ready. Please try your best to not go to this location though anywhere else they are quite rude and expect you to wait around 10 plus minutes for a pizza that only takes 5 minutes to cook
Building had mold on back walls and room, along with heavy dust and extremely dirty counters. Sanity grade should be WAY lower. Got sick after eating thin crust pizza. Marinara sauce taste like chemicals and watered down. Dude at front counter was tripping off something, rude to other customer.
