Not what I was expecting for the prices, but not bad with either. My steak was a bit tough, and honestly just tasted like a hamburger. My lobster was a little overcooked as well, but the baked potato was pretty good and saved the whole plate, I got it with broccoli and garlic butter, really good. The only reason we didn't dine in was because the system was down. Also the menus needed to be cleaned.

Very shocked after getting home to eat the Wild West Sheimp, I ordered from Longhorn today. The shrimps were so small, I couldn’t believe it. This is one of my favorite dish that I order. The shrimps looked looked like shrimp that used in salads. There was no warming up shrimps that small as they were already over cooked. Skimming on quality is not okay

Excellent all around. Clean, relaxing and such a positive atmosphere. Totally enjoyed. The app to be "added to wait list" was awesome. Everyone professional and kind. Our waiter Nick was the best. So attentive and on point. Very charming and professional.Will ask for him next time. Great service. The food was excellent. You can't go wrong. Enjoy .

Waitress friendly and attentive. When I eat at a steak house I always order the filet, and I did so tonight. I know for a fact what I was given was a sirloin. I spoke to Rick, the manager and he assured me it was a filet. I've eaten enough filets over the years to know the difference.

Waiter never brought Xtra dressing, & never filled up water. Slow inside, 6 people and still no service. Potato warm at best. Steak grilled on one side only.

Took my fiance & 2 year old son to Longhorn for dinner. Im not a very big guy but I like to EAT! I ordered the Longhorn Steak w/ A Side of Parm Crusted Chicken, Steakhouse Mac, Loaded Potato, & the Fire Roasted Corn not only was the food AAMMAAAZZZIINNNGGG & but our server (Nick) who had little faith in me eating all that delicious food in one sitting was FAAANNNNTASTIC! If you go to Jacksonville Longhorn, I would absolutely Request Nick as your Server! He stayed ontop of the refill drinks which is a big deal for me, He’s very fast on his feet, checks in on you frequently, & doesnt fold under Pressure! Can tell he’s very experienced at what he does. In my Opinion, he should train all of Jacksonville on how to be a great server. He’s Polite, Respectful, & Very Fast. Thank You Nick for being Awesome!

We came to celebrate my son‘s birthday. At the beginning, the host was a pretty upset because we change tables because we wanted a booth and we didn’t “follow “him. We were following the person that was carrying the highchair. Anyhow, we ordered her food. We ordered two . Steaks that we received, were not ribeyes, they were something else pretty sure they were. They had no flavor they were chewy they taste like rubber, and there was no marbly no fat. All I order is ribeyes so I know they were definitely not ribeyes. I felt like the waiter knew that they were not ribeyes and she kept on looking and asking if it’s everything was OK. And when I brought the fact that the steaks were ribeyes, she did not hesitate to take it to the as if she knew. First time it happened. I don’t think I wanna ever come back to this location. And we’ve been here multiple times. They did refund me for one of the steaks. The other one was ate more than halfway. Definitely keep an eye out for the steaks you receive especially if you’re ordering a ribeye because they’re going to try to short staff you into paying for a ribeye when they’re reality giving you a sirloin
