I went there on Saturday, and got over charged for food I did not order. They did refund me my money then, but then this morning I went there, asked for a large, and they gave me a medium. When I asked if it was a large, they stated the screen said medium. And they didn't even fill my drink all the way up. I get fast food isn't the best, but twice within a couple days there's a mess up? Not cool

The window attendant was dismissive and unconcerned about where we were told to park to wait for our food since it wasn't ready. We wouldn't have received our food if I hadn't gotten another worker's attention when walking outside.

I enjoy coming here but this week was absolutely horrible. They overcharged me and had to repeat my order three times. Had to pull up bc they charged me the wrong order and then, went in bc my credit card was over charged. They gave me back the difference very nice. Still made my order wrong...finally got it right. Went back out to my car to find the lawn service blowing trash all over the bottom of my car. I asked him to stop he kept walking and then his buddy said you were blowing stuff on her car. I rolled down my window to express them to stop doing it. They pull the blower up to my window and said do you want us to blow it off in a sarcastic tone with smiles. That was uncalled for and that needs to be addressed by their supervisor.

I have gone to this restaurant a few times and every time, I am set to the reserve parking and waiting for 10 min. I don't know what has happened to McDonald's but they are definitely going down hill. And the service sucks with the attitudes from the window to the girl who brought out my food! I will not be going here again. Unacceptable!!!
