Ordered online about 10 minutes before hand and they still didn’t have it ready by the time I got there. I explained to them that I was somebodyy that ordered online and they had no sense of care that I did and implied that they couldn’t take anything by card and had to wait, no explanation to why or that my order coincided or not. More of a vibe that they couldn’t handle anything more than cash like they initially requested. There was no offer to take cash or anything seemed like pure laziness.

Took forever to get food and was cold. Order medium fry and only have filled if I wanted a small I would have ordered a small and they weren't even busy never again at this location.
It’s not first come first serve I can tell you that. I continued to wait in the other drive thru line as they took care of the person who arrived after me in the next line… I went to BK next door.
